Find OOC rewards in the signed-in app or at ooc.ai—not on coupon-generator or “unlimited Credits” sites. The reliable free options are the daily check-in and eligible event chat offers; coupon codes appear occasionally through official channels and expire. As of November 5, 2026, the Halloween double check-in period has ended, but the seven-free-message offer and regional Halloween Candy Pack are scheduled to run until November 8, subject to their eligibility and availability rules.
What counts as an OOC reward?
OOC: The Playable Anime—short for Out Of Character—is an interactive anime and web-novel app where players type actions and stories branch. Its rewards are digital Credits, free story-chat messages, and occasional limited-time offers. They are claimed within the OOC account experience, not through unrelated “OOC” results or third-party code pages.
Credits matter mainly in Story Mode. OOC’s promotional feature for IGN says Character Mode with the Basic Model is always free, while Story Mode uses Credits; the App Store listing likewise says endless free chat is available only with the Basic Model in Character Mode. The seven-message Halloween offer is for eligible OOC Original stories in Story Mode, so it can let you sample those stories without spending Credits.

Where should I look for limited-time rewards?
Start with OOC’s own notices and account screens. Event dates, eligibility, and regional restrictions can differ, so check the in-app event notice before relying on an old post or assuming an offer is available to every account.
- In-app event notice: Check this first for the schedule, qualifying stories, and regional availability. CBR’s OOC-sponsored coverage points readers to the in-app event notice for eligibility and full schedule details.
- Claim Free Credits tab: This is the daily check-in screen. During a live double-reward event, it should show the event payout rather than the usual amount.
- Home screen seasonal row: The Halloween 2026 feature called Trick or Chat appeared between OOC Originals and Trending Now. Its stories were tagged with the Halloween hashtag. GameFragger reported that the seasonal theme, icon, and launch screen were due to remain through November 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
- Official code announcements: Look for codes in OOC’s in-app notice board, r/OOC_official, and OOC’s official social accounts. An ISEKAI ZERO tracker dated August 28, 2026, identified those as the official places to watch and reported no public code live on that date.
- Profile benefits: The referral feature is under Profile → Benefits → Referral Code, according to Team OOC’s October 14, 2026, post.
- Credits screen: The coupon-entry box was added in the August 2026 update. Players may encounter it while checking or claiming Credits.
OOC does not maintain a public evergreen coupon list, and a code that worked earlier may already have expired. Avoid coupon aggregators, code generators, and claims of unlimited Credits: ISEKAI ZERO’s August 2026 explanation is that Credits are held on OOC’s servers, not created by changing the local app.
How do I claim daily check-in Credits?
Open OOC while signed in, go to Claim Free Credits, and claim once that day. Team OOC said the check-in resets at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →- Sign in to your OOC account in the app or on ooc.ai.
- Open the Claim Free Credits tab.
- Tap the check-in claim and confirm that the Credits have been added to your balance.
Team OOC and GameFragger put the normal daily check-in at 300 Credits and an event-day double payout at 600. Team OOC described its August 2026 Double Rewards Week as seven days at 600 Credits per day. For that event, Team OOC asked players to update to app version 0.1.15 before claiming; that version instruction was specific to the August event, not a guarantee about later offers.
The Halloween double-check-in window was advertised for October 25–31, 2026, Pacific Time, by the App Store listing and OOC’s Anime News Network advertorial. That window has passed as of November 5. There is a date discrepancy in coverage: GameFragger, citing OOC’s notice, described the bonus as running through October 30 at 11:59 p.m. PT and calculated 1,800 additional Credits over a normal week. The first-party App Store copy and OOC’s advertorial give October 31 as the end date, so those are the dates to use when describing the offer; do not assume the extra day is still claimable.

Why did I redeem my daily tokens, but only get 300?
First check the Pacific Time reset and the event’s actual start and end times. A claim made shortly after local midnight may still fall before the Pacific-time reset or before the event has started; Team OOC’s August event guidance also asked players to update the app. Then check the in-app notice to confirm that the promotion applies to the day you claimed.
Where do I enter an OOC coupon code?
Use the coupon box on the Credits screen, or the Coupon Redeem route named by OOC’s moderators. The feature was added in August 2026, but having an entry box does not mean there is a public working code available.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
- Open the Credits screen.
- Tap Redeem a coupon code for free Credits.
- Paste the code into the box. A player report on r/OOC_official advises treating codes as case-sensitive.
- Tap Redeem Coupon and check the account balance or confirmation message.
Team OOC’s moderator also described the route as OOC → Coupon Redeem for contest winners. Those winner codes were valid for two weeks from the day of the direct message, and their free Credits expired 30 days after being added to the account.
Codes are occasional, time-limited, and typically limited to one redemption per account. Community posts have speculated that a code may be capped—for example, at the first 100 users—but that cap is not an officially published general rule. Redeem a code promptly after an official announcement, and if a week-old code fails, expiration is a more plausible explanation than a hidden universal code list. As of November 5, 2026, no current public code is confirmed here; the last dated public tracker check supplied was August 28, 2026, and it found none live. Halloween contest codes sent by direct message to winners are not public coupon codes.
How do I get the Halloween free messages?
During the advertised campaign, sign in and open an eligible OOC Original story you had not chatted with before the campaign’s eligibility cutoff. Send Story-mode messages there: the App Store listing says eligible users receive seven free messages per qualifying Original, without a stated cap on the number of eligible stories.

- Check the in-app event notice for the offer’s eligibility terms.
- Choose an OOC Original with no prior conversation on your account before the campaign cutoff.
- Open its story chat while signed in and use Story Mode. The first seven messages covered by the offer should not debit Credits.
- Check the balance before continuing beyond the included messages.
The App Store listing specifies the offer from October 29 until November 8, 2026, at 00:00 PT. OOC’s Anime News Network advertorial described the broader campaign as October 25–November 8, while GameFragger said eligible Originals were those not interacted with before October 25. Because the exact cutoff language is presented differently across the materials, use the in-app event notice for a particular account’s eligibility. The offer is for OOC Originals, not every story or character in the catalog; Character Mode with the Basic Model is already free and does not need this promotion.
OOC’s promotional and sponsored materials give the catalog’s scale as 409 OOC Original stories, 52,630 stories overall, and 58,848 characters. Those figures are publisher-attributed 2026 counts, not a promise that every listed story qualifies for the Halloween message grant.
How does the referral reward work?
A new account can apply a referral code within 24 hours of signup. The new user receives 500 referral Credits on top of 500 welcome Credits, but the referral portion expires three days after the code is applied.
For the person signing up
- Ask an existing user for their referral code or referral link.
- If using a link, check that the code has filled in. Otherwise open Benefits → Referral Code → Enter Code.
- Tap Apply Code within 24 hours of signup. Team OOC says an applied code cannot be changed.
Sharing links is off by default in the referral screen. The stated 500-Credit referral award is separate from the 500 welcome Credits; only the referral Credits have the specified three-day expiry.
For the person referring
The referrer receives 5% of the Credits the referred user buys during that user’s first 30 days. Team OOC’s example is 1,000 Credits for the referrer when the new user buys 20,000. Only purchased Credits count: bundled bonus Credits, event Credits, and coupon Credits are excluded.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?

Each qualifying purchase is held for at least seven days. Referral rewards then post once a day with a notification, expire 30 days after receipt, and are subject to a monthly cap of 100,000 Credits. Any amount over the cap is not paid and does not roll over; the count resets on the first day of each month.

What are the Halloween Candy Pack’s price and limits?
The Candy Pack is a paid, limited-credit bundle, not a free reward or coupon. OOC’s moderator post described 70,000 Credits plus a mystery bonus of up to 1,000,000 Credits, available October 29 through November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The offer is limited to select regions and to available stock.
| Purchase route or term | Published detail |
|---|---|
| Web checkout at ooc.ai | US$89.99, according to u/OOC_Mod |
| App price in u/OOC_Mod post | US$111.90 |
| App Store listing | Halloween Candy Pack $111.99; a separate “Halloween Candy Pack 5% Off” listing at $105.99 |
| Base bundle | 70,000 Credits, plus a mystery bonus worth up to 1,000,000, according to u/OOC_Mod |
| Per-user limit | Up to 3 packs per day |
| Overall limit | 1,500 packs across OOC per day |
The moderator’s app price and the App Store listing do not match exactly, and the App Store includes a separate discounted listing. Treat the live purchase tile and checkout total for your region as authoritative before paying. “Select regions” is the App Store’s availability wording; the cited offer does not establish that every user can buy it.
The moderator post gave the mystery-bonus odds as follows:
- Hyper: 50,000 additional Credits, 4%.
- Legend: 100,000 additional Credits, 0.93%.
- Jackpot: 1,000,000 additional Credits, 0.07%.
These are the published odds for the named bonus tiers, not a guarantee of receiving the jackpot. The App Store listing also showed other Credit purchases—2,000 for $2.89; 5,000 for $7.09; 10,000 for $14.49; 20,000 for $28.49; 50,000 for $71.00; and 100,000 for $142.99—plus “Promotion Credit” listings at $9.99 and $19.99. Those are App Store-listed amounts from 2026, not a claim that every SKU is available in every region or at the same time.

- For ongoing free Credits: Claim the daily check-in. The normal amount is 300 Credits per day, subject to current in-app terms and any active event payout.
- For a particular OOC Original: Use an active free-message campaign if you have not chatted with that Original before its cutoff. This avoids spending Credits on the included messages, but it does not make all Story Mode free.
- For a newly created account: Apply a referral code within the 24-hour signup window if available; the referral award is time-sensitive and cannot be changed after application.
- For occasional extra Credits: Watch official OOC channels for coupon drops and redeem promptly. Do not count on an evergreen code.
- For creating stories: IGN’s promotional feature says creators earn bonus Credits when other users play their content. That is a creator-side reward, not a coupon or limited-time code; the cited description does not specify a payout formula.
Third-party estimates put a top-tier Story generation at about 195 Credits and a mid-tier one at about 90, but these are estimates from WorldOS and ISEKAI ZERO, not an OOC-published price schedule. They should not be treated as a fixed rate: check the in-app cost before sending a message. App Store reviewers in 2026 have also described Credits draining per message; that is user feedback, not a guaranteed cost or official policy.
What should I do if a reward does not appear?
Confirm the account, date, mode, and eligibility before assuming the claim failed. Different OOC offers use different cutoffs and expiry rules.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is OOC the same as an “out of camp” event in another game?
No. This guide refers to OOC: The Playable Anime, an interactive story app. Other uses of “OOC,” including event abbreviations and unrelated gift-card services, are not part of this rewards system.
Does OOC have an official physical guidebook or merchandise reward?
No official physical edition, guidebook, merchandise SKU, model kit, or accessory was identified in the 2026 materials described here. The rewards covered in this guide are digital Credits and chat grants inside OOC.
Can I get free Credits by making stories?
OOC’s promotional feature for IGN says creators earn bonus Credits when other users play their content. The cited description does not publish a per-play rate or a fixed payout schedule.
Is the Halloween double check-in still available on November 5, 2026?
No: the App Store listing and OOC’s Anime News Network advertorial place that event on October 25–31, Pacific Time. The separate free-message and Candy Pack offers have later scheduled end times, so check their own eligibility notices.
