ONLYOFFICE Docs 9.3, released in February 2026, adds side-by-side multipage viewing in the Document and PDF Editors and expands how recipients can sign PDF forms: they can type or draw a signature, as well as upload an image. The update also adds PDF editing tools, spreadsheet features, and desktop and Enterprise administration changes.
What changed in ONLYOFFICE Docs 9.3?
ONLYOFFICE’s release article, dated February 24, 2026, describes the update as bringing “more than 30 new features” and “over 500 bug fixes.” The official changelog lists version 9.3.0 with a release date of February 25, 2026, so the sources give two adjacent dates for the announcement and version entry. How to view multiple pages side by side
In the Document Editor or PDF Editor, open the View tab and choose Multiple pages. The view places pages side by side, making it easier to check page-to-page layout and move through longer documents. The control is available in both editors; this is a viewing option, not a change to the document’s page content.
Can you sign a PDF in ONLYOFFICE?
Yes. In PDF forms, recipients can now enter a typed signature using a chosen font, draw a signature with a mouse or touch device, or upload an image. The 9.3 release also adds an option to remove a white background from an uploaded signature image. These are recipient signature methods, distinct from certificate-backed digital signing administered for ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise.

- Protected PDFs: When you enter Edit PDF mode for a password-protected file, ONLYOFFICE prompts for the password. The documented workflow requires the password; it does not bypass protection.
- Version history: PDF files gain version history.
- Links and annotations: Add link annotations to areas or text.
- Embedded fonts: Edit text using embedded fonts.

Where can you use Docs 9.3?
Availability depends on the product and deployment. The desktop release is presented for Windows, Linux, and macOS. The official Docs release provides a self-hosted 9.3 download and said cloud solutions would receive the version later. The Enterprise article describes on-premises installation, cloud access, and a free demo route. Those statements reflect the February 2026 release materials; rollout timing can change.

What changed for Enterprise administrators?
The Enterprise Admin Panel adds tools to view the final Document Server configuration, run a script to obtain an HTTPS certificate, shut down the server, manage and upload fonts, upload a license file, upload a signing certificate, and view per-tenant statistics. The certificate-upload workflow is the relevant administrative step for enabling trusted digital signatures on submitted PDF forms. What the security notes do—and do not—say
The 9.3 changelog lists fixes for several vulnerabilities related to XLS processing and macros. That documents specific fixes in the release; it should not be read as a blanket guarantee that a particular installation is secure. Review the changelog for the listed changes and keep the deployed product updated according to your organization’s practices.
