Can Indian subscribers get a OneStream Live refund?
OneStream Live’s published policy says subscriptions are generally non-refundable. It says active but unused or forgotten subscriptions, cancellation after a billing cycle has started, and dissatisfaction without first contacting support generally do not qualify for a refund. It also says it does not provide prorated refunds or credits for a billing period that has started.

The policy allows certain situations to be raised for individual review, including service failures, a cancellation request that was not processed, and transactions believed to be unauthorized. OneStream says an eligible case may receive a refund or another resolution, but does not guarantee an outcome. Read the OneStream Live refund policy, last updated September 2, 2026.
How to cancel before your next renewal
Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next monthly or yearly charge. Use the subscription controls in your OneStream Live account:

- Use your Visa Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including online.
- Open the profile avatar.
- Select Account Settings, then open Billing.
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
Keep any confirmation or record of the request. If you believe you canceled earlier but were charged again, include that evidence when you contact support. The detailed steps are in OneStream Live’s cancellation instructions, last updated September 2, 2026.
What happens to access after cancellation?
Cancellation does not end access immediately. Your subscription remains available through the end of the paid billing period; after that, OneStream Live’s pricing FAQ says the account moves to the free plan. Cancellation stops future billing rather than refunding unused time in the current period. Check your account’s billing page for the dates and status shown for your subscription.

How to request an exception or report an unauthorized charge
Ask OneStream Live to review your case
Email care@onestream.live. Include the email address on your OneStream account, explain what happened, and attach relevant evidence, such as an invoice, screenshots, or proof of an earlier cancellation request. The company says it reviews eligible cases individually; submitting a request does not ensure a refund.
If you do not recognize a payment
Contact OneStream Live and your bank or payment provider promptly. OneStream’s policy specifically advises customers who believe a payment was unauthorized to notify their bank or payment provider as well as support.

Cancel or pause: which fits a temporary break?

What the India purchase guide does—and does not—establish
OneStream Live’s India purchase guide instructs customers to choose UPI as the preferred payment method and complete the purchase in their account. It does not state an India-only refund entitlement. The policy sources reviewed also do not establish that every Indian account uses the same payment route, whether a specific UPI mandate must be canceled in a bank app, how quickly a payment provider processes a reversal, or how Indian statutory remedies apply to an individual case.
