Oneleet announced a $33 million Series A on October 2, 2025, led by Dawn Capital. The cybersecurity company says it combines compliance management with security tools such as penetration testing, code scanning, cloud security and continuous monitoring. It plans to use the funding to expand engineering, invest in AI and scale go-to-market channels.
Who led Oneleet’s $33 million Series A?
Dawn Capital led the round, which Oneleet announced on October 2, 2025. The company said participants also included Frank Slootman, Arash Ferdowsi, Y Combinator, and other founders and CISOs. Oneleet’s announcement confirms the $33 million Series A.
SecurityWeek reported that the financing brought Oneleet’s total raised to $35 million. That cumulative figure is SecurityWeek’s report; Oneleet’s announcement confirms the Series A but does not give a total funding figure. SecurityWeek’s October 3, 2025 report provides the $35 million figure.
What does Oneleet’s platform do?
Oneleet describes its product as a security-first compliance platform: compliance program management is combined with security operations and support rather than offered as a stand-alone checklist. Its product page describes controls mapped to frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and PCI DSS, as well as automation and related security capabilities.

Compliance management and audit support
The company lists framework mapping, compliance program management, access reviews, risk and vendor management, and trust-center features. Its Y Combinator profile also describes audit support and continuous monitoring. Using the platform does not itself confer a certification: audits and certifications require independent assessment. Oneleet says it works with independent third-party auditors.
Security tools and ongoing work
Oneleet says its platform brings together penetration testing, code scanning, cloud security posture management, attack-surface monitoring, mobile device management (MDM) and employee security training. Its product descriptions also mention automated monitors and employee and device features. The company says it builds the tools itself and combines automation with human review; these are descriptions of its own offering, not independently verified performance results.
What will Oneleet use the funding for?
Oneleet says the capital will support engineering expansion, investment in AI across cybersecurity domains, and scaling go-to-market channels it describes as proven. The company has framed its strategy around making compliance follow substantive security work rather than treating checkbox completion as the goal. That is Oneleet’s thesis, not an independently demonstrated conclusion about the whole market.
What does Oneleet say about its growth?
In its announcement, Oneleet said it had reached “8-figure revenue profitably” without using its seed funding. That is a company-reported claim; the cited announcement and other reviewed sources do not provide audited accounts to verify it independently.

CEO Bryan Onel wrote in the announcement: “We’re building the comprehensive all-in-one platform that the market needs—because compliance alone won’t get us there.” The quote reflects the company’s position on combining compliance with security work, not an independent assessment of the platform’s effectiveness.

The financing gives Oneleet capital to pursue its stated product and sales plans. The announced scope illustrates the company’s approach: place compliance management alongside testing, monitoring, device and employee security capabilities. The available funding reports do not establish quantified security outcomes, market share, or a comparative advantage over other providers. Nor do they show that adopting the product guarantees compliance or prevents breaches.
