1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThere is no verified evidence that Microsoft is permanently deprecating its Roblox gift cards. The confusion appears to come from Roblox rewards disappearing for some Microsoft Rewards users, combined with unverified claims about an April 8, 2026 removal date.
Microsoft’s public Rewards catalog still exposes a Roblox Digital Card listing with 800 Robux and 1000 Robux options priced at 13,000 points. However, the catalog is account- and region-dependent, so seeing the product publicly does not guarantee that it is redeemable from your account.
What Microsoft has actually confirmed
In a Microsoft Q&A response dated April 23, 2026, an external Microsoft moderator said Rewards offers can change over time and vary by country or region. Some gift cards may disappear when they are unavailable, and Microsoft does not publish a restock schedule for individual rewards.
That response did not confirm any of the following:

- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
- That Roblox gift cards are permanently discontinued
- That Microsoft removed them worldwide
- That April 8, 2026 was an official deprecation date
- That Roblox moderation controversies caused the removal
The last two claims have circulated in user comments and online discussions, but Microsoft has not verified them. The moderator also said that external staff cannot trigger a restock or see when a particular reward will return.
The Roblox reward is still visible in Microsoft’s catalog
Microsoft’s public SKU page is titled Roblox Digital Card. It currently displays:
| Catalog detail | What the public page shows |
|---|---|
| Available options | 800 Robux and 1000 Robux |
| Cost | 13,000 Microsoft Rewards points |
| Action | Redeem now |
The page is signed out. That matters because Microsoft can adjust the catalog according to your account, country, region, eligibility, and current inventory. The page proves that Microsoft still exposes a Roblox reward publicly; it does not prove that the reward is available to every user.
The public listing also no longer shows the previously discussed 400 Robux option. That is a change in the displayed denominations, but it is not evidence by itself that every Roblox reward has been permanently removed.

How to check whether Roblox rewards are available for your account
- Open Microsoft’s Roblox Rewards page.
- Select Sign in or Visit the Rewards dashboard.
- Open the Rewards catalog and look for Roblox Digital Card.
- On the product page, use Select an option to view the available Robux denominations.
- If an option is available, select it and choose Redeem now.
If Roblox does not appear in your catalog, that indicates it is currently unavailable for your account or region. It does not establish worldwide removal. Microsoft’s own guidance says unavailable rewards can disappear from the Redeem catalog without a published return date.
Why the listing may be missing
Microsoft has not supplied a single official explanation for every disappearance. The documented possibilities are more limited and less dramatic:
- Regional availability: Rewards catalogs differ by country or region.
- Account-specific availability: A reward visible to one account may not be visible to another.
- Temporary inventory changes: Microsoft can remove an unavailable reward from the Redeem catalog.
- Denomination changes: Microsoft may show different Robux values over time.
Claims that Roblox’s moderation controversies caused Microsoft to remove the cards are speculation. A user comment raised that explanation, but Microsoft did not confirm it or provide a clear official reason for the listing changes.
Is April 8, 2026 the permanent removal date?
There is no verified Microsoft announcement supporting that date. A user reported that the cards disappeared on April 8, but the Microsoft moderator did not confirm April 8 as a removal or deprecation date. The same response said Microsoft does not publish restock schedules and did not describe the change as permanent.

For now, the most accurate description is: Roblox Rewards gift cards may be unavailable to some users, while the Roblox Digital Card remains exposed in Microsoft’s public catalog.
What to do if you redeemed a card but did not receive the code
A successful redemption and a missing email are separate from a missing catalog listing. Microsoft’s guidance recommends this sequence:
- Check the email address associated with your Microsoft account.
- Search the inbox for the redemption message.
- Check Junk, Spam, and other filtered folders.
- Open your Microsoft Rewards order history and confirm that the redemption completed.
- If the code is still missing, contact Microsoft Rewards support.
Roblox card restrictions to know before redeeming
The catalog listing states that the card must be redeemed at roblox.com for Robux. You need internet access, a Roblox account, and acceptance of Roblox’s Terms of Use.
The listed restrictions include:
- No partial redemption
- No exchange for cash or credit, except where required by law
- No resale
- Roblox may limit virtual-item availability to one per account per month or another period it designates
These terms apply to the card and should not be confused with Microsoft Rewards catalog availability.

Is there a Microsoft Rewards replacement for Robux?
Microsoft has not identified a Microsoft-supported, guaranteed substitute that converts Rewards points directly into Robux when the Roblox reward is unavailable. Other Rewards catalog items may be visible in your region, but they are not a direct replacement for a Roblox Digital Card.
Microsoft’s Roblox promotional page also clarifies that buying gift cards does not earn Microsoft Rewards points. Its footnote says qualifying Microsoft Store purchases can earn points, but subscriptions and gift card purchases are not eligible.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Bottom line on the alleged deprecation
The permanent-deprecation claim is currently unverified. Microsoft’s statements support a narrower conclusion: Rewards offers change, availability differs by region and account, and Roblox cards can disappear when unavailable. There is no official restock date, but there is also no verified announcement that Microsoft has ended the program worldwide.
Check the signed-in Rewards dashboard rather than relying on screenshots or social-media claims. If the Roblox Digital Card is absent, keep in mind that Microsoft has not promised when—or whether—that specific offer will return.

FAQ
Are Microsoft Rewards Roblox gift cards permanently discontinued?
No verified Microsoft announcement says they are permanently discontinued. The Roblox Digital Card remains visible in Microsoft’s public catalog, although availability depends on the account, region, and current inventory.
Why can’t I see the Roblox gift card in Microsoft Rewards?
Microsoft says Rewards offers vary by country or region and can disappear when unavailable. A missing listing may therefore reflect regional, account-specific, or inventory availability rather than worldwide deprecation.
What Robux denominations are currently shown?
The public Roblox Digital Card page currently shows 800 Robux and 1000 Robux options at 13,000 points. A signed-out public page does not guarantee that those options are available to your account.
Is April 8, 2026 an official Roblox gift-card removal date?
No. That date was reported by a user, but Microsoft did not confirm it as an official removal or deprecation date.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →When will Microsoft restock the Roblox reward?
Microsoft has not published a restock schedule. Its external staff say they cannot trigger restocks or see when a particular reward will return.
What should I do if I redeemed the card but did not receive a code?
Check the email linked to your Microsoft account, including Junk or Spam, and review Microsoft Rewards order history. If the code is still missing, contact Microsoft Rewards support at https://rewards.bing.com/support.
The Bottom Line
Microsoft Rewards is not confirmed to be permanently ending Roblox gift cards. The Roblox Digital Card is still present in the public catalog, but it may be hidden from particular accounts or regions. Treat claims about a worldwide April 8 removal, a permanent shutdown, or a Roblox-related cause as unverified until Microsoft publishes an official announcement.
