At its August 20, 2025 Made by Google event, Google announced the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, a separate foldable called Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, Pixel Buds 2a, and Qi2-compatible Pixelsnap accessories. The main distinctions are form factor and configuration: three conventional phones, one foldable, a watch offered in two sizes with Wi-Fi or LTE, and earbuds with active noise cancellation (ANC). All prices and planned release dates below are Google’s launch announcements from August 2025—not current price, stock or availability information.
What Google announced at Made by Google 2025
The hardware announcements span four product types. The Pixel 10 family is Google’s standard smartphone line; Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a separate book-style foldable; Pixel Watch 4 is a smartwatch; and Pixel Buds 2a are wireless earbuds. Google also presented Qi2-compatible Pixelsnap accessories as part of the new Pixel ecosystem.

What is new in the Pixel 10 phone series?
Google named three models in its tenth-generation phone lineup: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL. Google said the phones use its Tensor G5 chip and have built-in Qi2 wireless charging, alongside support for a range of magnetic accessories. That makes the standard Pixel 10 phones distinct from the separate foldable, even though both announcements include Qi2.

Google also promoted Pro Res Zoom up to 100x on Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, and identified Camera Coach among the camera tools. These are Google’s feature claims, not independent camera-test results. Its announced U.S. starting prices were $799 for Pixel 10, $999 for Pixel 10 Pro and $1,199 for Pixel 10 Pro XL, with retail availability planned to begin August 28, 2025.
How is Pixel 10 Pro Fold different?
Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a foldable rather than a larger conventional Pixel 10. Google lists an 8-inch inner display and a 6.4-inch outer display, plus a 48 MP main rear camera, IP68 water and dust resistance, and built-in Qi2 charging. The inner screen gives the device a larger workspace when opened; Google described split-screen and drag-and-drop multitasking and a foldable camera feature called Instant View.

Google says the Fold’s gearless hinge is twice as durable as the prior model’s and called it the company’s most durable foldable. Those are manufacturer comparisons, not independently verified durability results. Google announced preorders starting August 20, 2025 and retail availability planned from October 9, 2025; the cited announcement does not state a price.
Which Pixel Watch 4 configuration fits?
Pixel Watch 4 was announced in 41 mm and 45 mm sizes, each available with Wi-Fi or LTE connectivity. The choice is therefore both physical size and connection option; Google’s U.S. starting prices at launch differed by each combination.

These are U.S. launch prices Google announced in August 2025, not current quotes. Google highlighted a domed Actua 360 display, fitness features, Gemini Raise to Talk and standalone satellite communication support. The satellite feature is intended to connect users to emergency services in supported circumstances; support should not be read as universal coverage. Google said the watches would be on shelves from October 9, 2025.
What do Pixel Buds 2a add?
Google described Pixel Buds 2a as the first A-series earbuds in its lineup with Active Noise Cancellation, powered by Tensor A1. For fit, they have a twist-to-adjust stabilizer and come with four eartip sizes. The earbuds carry an IP54 sweat and water resistance rating and support Gemini and multipoint pairing.

Google’s stated battery figures are up to seven hours of listening with ANC and up to 20 hours with the charging case; these are manufacturer claims, not independently measured results. Google announced a $129 launch price and retail availability planned from October 9, 2025.

Google positioned Qi2 charging and magnetic Pixelsnap accessories within the Pixel 10 ecosystem, and its Pixel 10 Pro Fold announcement also specifies built-in Qi2 charging. Qi2 compatibility alone does not establish that every charger, stand or case works with every phone. Check the exact phone model and accessory SKU before buying or relying on a particular fit.
