Nest Hub: alarms on a more versatile display
The 2019 comparison says both devices provide alarms and ambient displays. Nest Hub is a reasonable choice if you want alarms but also plan to use the screen for other things. The cited material does not establish a current, feature-by-feature alarm comparison across today’s software versions.

Lenovo’s launch announcement also lists a 6 W speaker with two passive radiators, while the 2019 comparison gives a different 3 W figure. Which screen does more?

Lenovo’s product listing says the Smart Clock has no camera and includes a mute button. Google’s listed Nest Hub hardware includes microphones, and the second-generation entry specifies a microphone-off switch. Neither screen size nor sensor count alone determines which device is right for a privacy-sensitive room; consider the physical controls and the functions you intend to use.
