How to contact Ledger Support safely
- Open support.ledger.com by typing the address yourself or using a trusted bookmark.
- Search for your issue or choose the relevant help area, such as Ledger Wallet, crypto assets, other products, or orders and shipping.
- Follow the contact option displayed for that issue. The current page may ask you to verify your email; Ledger also identifies its support chat widget as an official route.
Support pages and verification steps can change, so rely on the flow reached from Ledger’s own support homepage rather than an old set of instructions or a link from an unsolicited message.
Official Ledger channels versus suspicious contact
Ledger says it will not contact users by text message or phone call. It also warns about purported Ledger contact through WhatsApp, Telegram, or postal mail, and says users should not be directed to contact Ledger through unofficial channels. See Ledger’s phishing guidance.

Never give anyone your 24-word recovery phrase
Ledger states: “Never share the 24 words of your recovery phrase with anyone under any circumstances.” Ledger and Ledger Support will never ask for it, and Ledger says it should never be entered into a computer. A website, app, or person claiming to provide support who asks for the phrase is a scam warning.

Ledger warns that fake apps and websites may show a bogus error and then ask for the phrase. If a site or support agent requests it, stop interacting; do not enter or send the words.
If you have already shared the phrase
Anyone who has your recovery phrase can access accounts derived from it. Do not share the phrase again, including with someone claiming to help you recover funds. Go directly to Ledger’s security and phishing guidance and its official support flow for the next security steps. A support article cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

Where to download Ledger Wallet
Ledger identifies ledger.com/ledger-live as the official download location for Ledger Wallet (also referred to as Ledger Live). Use Ledger’s own website rather than a search advertisement, a third-party download, or a link sent by someone claiming to be support. Fake apps and sites can imitate Ledger and try to obtain your recovery phrase.

Ledger’s product overview describes a hardware wallet as a physical device that stores private keys in a Secure Element and pairs with a companion app; transactions are confirmed on the device. This may matter if you are setting up or replacing a device, but it does not change how to contact support: begin at the official support homepage.
