One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchThe advertised 5TB lifetime cloud-storage offer for $499 (regularly $1,499) is not verified by the available provider pricing information. pCloud’s official pricing page lists lifetime plans for 500GB, 2TB, and 10TB—not 5TB. Its $499 price is for 2TB, while $1,499 is shown for 10TB. A separate 5TB family promotion is possible, but its seller, terms, and current checkout price have not been confirmed.
What do the $499 and $1,499 prices actually buy?
On pCloud’s official pricing page, checked in 2026, the displayed lifetime tiers are:
| pCloud plan | Displayed lifetime price | Comparison price shown |
|---|---|---|
| Premium, 500GB | $219 | $279 |
| Premium Plus, 2TB | $499 | $709 |
| Ultra, 10TB | $1,499 | $2,799 |
These are vendor-listed prices, not independent valuations or confirmation of the headline’s specific offer. The page calls the payments one-time and says, “Prices are final. No setup fees or other hidden charges!” That statement applies to the plans displayed there; it does not establish the total or terms of a separate 5TB checkout. See pCloud’s pricing and plan details.
Because the title does not name a provider, the $499 and $1,499 figures cannot safely be attributed to a 5TB plan. They match pCloud’s 2TB and 10TB tiers, respectively—not a 5TB tier.

Could the offer be a 5TB family plan?
Secondary sale-history reporting describes pCloud 5TB family offers at $549 or $599 during earlier 2026 promotions. That makes a family promotion one possible explanation for the headline, but those reported prices are historical and do not verify a current $499 offer or a $1,499 reference price. Review the reported pCloud 5TB family promotions.
pCloud says its family plan supports up to five users, but that does not establish how storage is allocated in the specific offer. A 5TB family allowance may not mean each member receives 5TB; check the plan’s account page and checkout terms for the shared quota and user limits. Check pCloud’s stated family-plan features.

What to verify before paying
Treat the headline as unconfirmed until the seller’s own checkout page identifies the plan and shows its full terms. Check these details on that exact page:
- Provider and plan name: Confirm who operates the account and whether the purchase is a 5TB individual or family plan.
- Storage allocation: Find out whether 5TB is a shared family pool, an account quota, or capacity assigned separately to each user.
- Lifetime definition: Read the provider’s service and account terms to learn what “lifetime” means and what could affect continued access. The available pricing information does not establish the duration or conditions for the headline offer.
- Final checkout amount: Confirm currency, taxes, optional add-ons, and any other charges. Do not assume the separate offer shares pCloud’s displayed pricing-page terms.
- Ongoing limits and features: Check transfer and file-size limits, device and sync support, sharing rules, and any restrictions on family members or account use.
- Privacy and encryption: Confirm what encryption is included and who controls the keys; the headline alone establishes neither.
- Recovery and versions: Check how long deleted or changed files can be restored and whether that feature applies to the plan you are buying.
pCloud’s general pricing page describes recovery of data from up to 30 days ago, file-version restoration, syncing across devices, phone-gallery and desktop backup, offline access, and file sharing. Verify which of those features apply to any family or promotional plan before relying on them.

No. Icedrive’s official feature comparison lists paid-plan capacities of 2TB, 4TB, and 6TB; it does not substantiate a 5TB plan for $499. See Icedrive’s plan comparison.

The specific claim—5TB of lifetime cloud storage for $499, normally $1,499—remains unverified. The closest confirmed match is pCloud’s separate 2TB lifetime plan at $499, while its 10TB lifetime plan is listed at $1,499. Historical reporting of pCloud 5TB family promotions does not prove that this headline’s offer is available or that its stated reference price is valid.
