Hostinger Titan Email is not a universally selectable product for new Hostinger accounts in 2026. Hostinger’s current eligibility guidance says new free-email claims use Hostinger Email, while Titan Email is intended for hosting plans that already included Titan before November 2025. Open your Hostinger hPanel and check the Emails section before relying on a Titan price, ordering mailboxes, or promising a client that Titan can be selected.

If Titan is available in your account, this guide covers its published storage and sending limits, the difference between Titan tiers and current Hostinger Mail pricing, DNS and authentication prerequisites, Outlook and other app settings, and IMAP migration from Gmail or another provider.

What Hostinger Titan Email is—and who can get it

Titan Email is Hostinger’s custom-domain mailbox service. It provides webmail and the account-management tools normally needed by a small business: aliases, forwarding, catch-all addresses, filters, automatic replies, signatures, contacts, calendars, calendar sharing, free/busy status, mailing lists, advanced search, import tools, DNS guidance and DKIM support.

Availability is the important 2026 qualification. Hostinger’s current support guidance distinguishes between two products:

  • Hostinger Email: the service used for new free-email claims on current Hostinger offers.
  • Titan Email: associated with hosting plans that already had Titan before November 2025.

This is account- and timing-dependent rather than a guarantee that every Hostinger customer can choose Titan. In hPanel, open Emails and inspect the product attached to your domain. If the panel offers Hostinger Email instead of Titan, do not treat a public Hostinger Mail price as a Titan quotation.

Regional checkout, the hosting plan attached to your account and the date the plan was purchased can all affect what is offered. Verify the product name and renewal terms in your own dashboard before moving a domain or budgeting for mailboxes.

What Titan Email includes

Hostinger’s Titan documentation covers the complete lifecycle of an account: creating mailboxes, using webmail, adding aliases, forwarding messages, configuring catch-all behavior, creating filters, setting automatic replies and signatures, managing contacts and calendars, importing mail, publishing DNS and DKIM records, upgrading a plan and connecting third-party applications.

Mailbox and productivity features

  • Webmail: read, send and organize messages without installing a desktop client.
  • Aliases: add extra addresses that deliver to a mailbox. Published limits are listed below.
  • Personal forwarding: redirect mail to another address; the number of forwarders depends on the tier.
  • Catch-all: receive mail sent to otherwise uncreated addresses at your domain. Use it carefully because it can attract more junk and misaddressed mail.
  • Filters and advanced search: automate sorting and find messages across the mailbox.
  • Automatic replies and signatures: useful for holidays, support acknowledgements and consistent business contact details.
  • Contacts and calendar: maintain address books, calendars, sharing and free/busy visibility where supported by the account.
  • Mailing lists: distribute messages to a defined group rather than repeatedly entering individual recipients.
  • Antivirus and advanced antispam: included Titan protections intended to reduce malicious and unwanted mail.

Titan Free, Business and Enterprise limits

The following figures are Hostinger’s published limits, retrieved October 20, 2026. They are service limits, not a promise of deliverability; Hostinger can change them, so check the limits shown for your account before a high-volume campaign.

Tier Mailbox storage Outgoing messages per mailbox per hour Outgoing messages per mailbox per day Attachment limit Aliases Forwarders
Titan Free 1 GB 50 300 30 MB 10 per mailbox; 50 per domain 1
Titan Business 10 GB 200 500 30 MB 10 per mailbox; 50 per domain 3
Titan Enterprise 50 GB 300 1,000 30 MB 10 per mailbox; 50 per domain 3

The alias allowance is shared by the mailbox and domain rules: one mailbox can have up to 10 aliases, while the domain can have up to 50 in total. The 30 MB attachment ceiling applies across the listed tiers. Hourly and daily sending limits are per mailbox, not a pooled allowance for the whole domain.

What these limits mean in practice

  • A 1 GB Free mailbox can fill quickly if you retain years of attachments. Archive or delete old mail before the quota blocks new messages.
  • Business and Enterprise provide more headroom for staff mailboxes, but their daily limits still are not suitable for bulk marketing or transactional-mail workloads.
  • Aliases are useful for role addresses such as sales@ or support@, but an alias is not automatically a separate mailbox with its own storage and login.
  • If a campaign approaches an hourly or daily cap, split legitimate person-to-person sending over time or use a dedicated email-delivery service designed for bulk mail.

Hostinger Titan Email pricing in 2026

There is no single, publicly confirmed Titan price that applies to every Hostinger customer in 2026. Titan eligibility depends on an existing hosting plan and account history, and the offer shown at checkout can vary by region.

Hostinger’s current public USD example for Hostinger Mail is separate from Titan Email. The displayed monthly figures are the total plan price divided by a 48-month term, paid upfront, with the following renewal rates:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
Hostinger Mail plan Advertised monthly equivalent on 48-month term Renewal price
Starter $0.39 per mailbox per month $1.59 per mailbox per month
Standard $0.99 per mailbox per month $2.79 per mailbox per month
Premium $1.99 per mailbox per month $3.99 per mailbox per month

Those figures are Hostinger Mail examples, not confirmed Titan Email rates. They also describe a long-term upfront purchase rather than a month-to-month charge. Before purchasing, check the product name, billing term, total amount charged today, renewal amount, mailbox count and tax or regional currency in your own checkout.

How to verify your actual offer

  1. Sign in to hPanel and select the hosting account or domain that will use email.
  2. Open Emails and identify whether the panel says Titan Email or Hostinger Email.
  3. Open the plan or upgrade screen and record the displayed mailbox storage, term, total upfront charge and renewal price.
  4. Confirm that the domain is included in the same account and that DNS management is available.
  5. Save the checkout summary before payment; promotional or introductory figures can differ from renewal pricing.

Prerequisites before setting up Titan

Hostinger’s setup instructions state three checks must pass before configuring a device or application: the mailbox must exist, you must know its password, and the domain’s DNS records for Titan must be correctly set up. DNS changes can take time to propagate, so verify records in hPanel before troubleshooting an app.

  • Create the mailbox in hPanel and test its password by signing in to Titan webmail.
  • Ensure the domain’s Titan DNS records are present and have not been replaced by records from another mail provider.
  • Publish or confirm the required authentication records, including DKIM where hPanel provides it. Correct authentication improves trust but does not remove Titan’s sending caps.
  • Have the full mailbox address available; Titan uses it as the username in standard client configurations.

How to set up Titan Email in Outlook and other apps

The same server settings work for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most IMAP-capable clients. Outlook’s labels vary slightly by version, but the account path is generally File → Add Account on Windows or Outlook → Settings → Accounts → Add Account on macOS.

Recommended IMAP setup

  1. Choose Add account, enter the full Titan mailbox address and select an advanced or manual setup option when Outlook offers it.
  2. Choose IMAP for the incoming account type.
  3. Enter imap.titan.email as the incoming server, port 993, with SSL/TLS encryption.
  4. Use the full mailbox address as the username and the mailbox password.
  5. Enter smtp.titan.email as the outgoing server, port 465, with SSL encryption. Enable authentication and use the same full address and password.
  6. Save the account, allow Outlook to test it, then send a message to an external address and reply to it to verify both directions.

POP3 setup

Choose POP3 only when you specifically want a client to download mail rather than keep a synchronized server-side mailbox. Use pop.titan.email, port 995, with SSL/TLS. Enter the full mailbox address and password, and test outgoing SMTP separately with the settings above.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

When SMTP port 465 fails

Some networks or older clients negotiate encryption differently. If SSL on port 465 fails, change SMTP to port 587 and select TLS/STARTTLS. Do not disable encryption or authentication merely to bypass an error. A successful test should include both an outbound message and an inbound reply.

How to create mailboxes, aliases and forwarding

Create the primary mailbox

  1. In hPanel, open Emails and select the domain.
  2. Choose the Titan Email mailbox option and create the address and a strong, unique password.
  3. Sign in to webmail once to confirm the mailbox is active.
  4. Record the address for client configuration; the full address is also the login username.

Add an alias or forwarder

Use the mailbox management controls for the domain to add an alias such as info@yourdomain.example or a personal forwarder. Keep the published limits in mind: up to 10 aliases per mailbox and 50 per domain; one forwarder on Free and three on Business or Enterprise. Test delivery from an unrelated external account after saving the change.

Use catch-all deliberately

A catch-all can collect messages sent to misspelled or uncreated addresses, but it also accepts more junk and can make abuse harder to detect. Turn it on only when the operational benefit outweighs the cleanup and spam burden, and review the resulting mailbox regularly.

Migration from Gmail or another mailbox

Titan supports importing messages from another provider or from a backup file. For an IMAP migration, you need the source provider’s IMAP hostname, the source email address and the source mailbox password.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  1. Create the destination Titan mailbox and verify that it can receive new mail.
  2. Open Titan’s import or migration tool in webmail or hPanel.
  3. Choose an IMAP source and enter the source IMAP hostname, full source email address and source password.
  4. Start the import and leave the source account accessible until the job completes.
  5. Check folders, message counts and recent mail in Titan. Send a test message before changing your domain’s MX records or telling users to work exclusively from the new mailbox.

Migration copies existing messages; it does not by itself redirect future mail. Plan the DNS cutover separately, keep the old provider available during propagation, and arrange forwarding or a second import for messages that arrive during the transition.

DNS, DKIM and delivery troubleshooting

Webmail works but Outlook cannot connect

  • Confirm the account type and server names exactly: IMAP imap.titan.email on 993 with SSL/TLS, or POP3 pop.titan.email on 995 with SSL/TLS.
  • Use the full email address, not only the text before the @ symbol, as the username.
  • Re-enter the mailbox password and test webmail to rule out a locked or mistyped credential.
  • Try SMTP 587 with TLS/STARTTLS if SMTP 465 with SSL is rejected by the network or client.

Messages do not arrive

  • Check that the domain’s Titan DNS records are still published and that an old provider’s MX records have not been left active.
  • Allow for DNS propagation after a change, then send a test from an external account.
  • Check the mailbox quota, especially on the 1 GB Free tier.
  • Inspect spam and filtering rules before assuming delivery failed.

Outgoing mail is rejected

  • Compare the mailbox’s hourly and daily totals with the tier limits.
  • Check that SMTP authentication is enabled and that the sender address belongs to the authenticated mailbox or an approved alias.
  • Confirm DKIM and other DNS authentication records in hPanel when available.
  • For sustained bulk sending, use a service built for that purpose rather than attempting to work around Titan’s per-mailbox caps.

Is Titan the right choice for a small team?

Storage 1 GB Free, 10 GB Business or 50 GB Enterprise per mailbox.
Sending volume From 50 hourly/300 daily on Free to 300 hourly/1,000 daily on Enterprise.
Aliases and forwarding 10 aliases per mailbox, 50 per domain; one forwarder on Free or three on paid tiers.
Migration IMAP import is supported when you have the source hostname, address and password.
Apps IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings support Outlook and other standard clients.
Collaboration Contacts, calendar, calendar sharing and free/busy features are listed Titan capabilities.
Authentication Correct Titan DNS and DKIM configuration is a prerequisite for reliable setup and delivery.
Cost certainty Do not substitute current Hostinger Mail prices for a Titan quote; verify your account and regional checkout.

Bottom line for Hostinger Titan Email in 2026

Titan remains a capable custom-domain mailbox option when it is already attached to an eligible Hostinger hosting account. The decisive first step is checking hPanel’s Emails section: current new-account email claims may be Hostinger Email rather than Titan. If Titan appears, its published tiers provide 1 GB, 10 GB or 50 GB per mailbox, with documented hourly and daily sending caps, standard IMAP/POP3/SMTP access and IMAP migration. Confirm DNS, use the exact server settings, and treat Hostinger Mail’s public USD figures as a separate product’s pricing until your own checkout identifies Titan.
