Its published PC requirements call for 64-bit Windows 10, an older Core i5 or Ryzen 3 processor, 8 MB of RAM as listed, and a GTX 750-, Radeon HD 7850-, or Arc A370M-class graphics processor at minimum. The recommended tier rises to a Core i7-4770 or Ryzen 5 1600X and a GTX 1070-, RX Vega 56-, or Arc A750-class GPU. The memory figure deserves special attention. Steam currently displays 8 MB, which is unusually low for a modern Windows game and may be a listing error or an intentionally entered value. It should be reproduced accurately rather than silently changed to 8 GB. Check the Steam page again when the game is released or when the developer updates the requirements.
Can your PC run HYPERyuki?
Use the minimum column as a compatibility floor, not as a promise of smooth play. A computer that meets the listed processor, graphics, operating-system and DirectX requirements is within the published specification, but the available information does not establish frame rates or image-quality settings.

1. Confirm 64-bit Windows 10
The listing requires a 64-bit processor and operating system and names Windows 10. On Windows, open Settings > System > About and check System type. It should identify a 64-bit operating system and processor. A 32-bit installation does not meet the stated requirement even if the physical CPU is capable of 64-bit operation.
2. Identify your processor
Open Settings > System > About, or press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager and select the Performance tab. Compare the exact model with the listed Core i5-3470/Ryzen 3 1300X minimum pair or the Core i7-4770/Ryzen 5 1600X recommended pair.
Do not compare only the “i5,” “i7,” or “Ryzen 5” label. The generation and model number matter. A newer processor with a different name may be faster, while an older low-power chip with a familiar series name may not be equivalent. The published list gives no clock-speed, core-count or benchmark threshold, so model-to-model comparisons are necessarily approximate unless you use an independent benchmark.
3. Check the graphics processor and video memory
In Task Manager, choose Performance > GPU to see the installed adapter and dedicated video memory. You can also run dxdiag from the Windows search box and inspect the Display tab. Compare the model and VRAM with the published tiers:

The presence of one of these names does not guarantee a particular frame rate. Laptop and desktop versions can perform differently, and the listing does not explain how integrated graphics should be treated. If your machine has only integrated graphics, it is not represented by any of the published examples.
4. Verify DirectX support
Run dxdiag and read the DirectX Version field. The minimum listing names DirectX 11; the recommended listing names DirectX 12. DirectX is both an operating-system API and a capability of the graphics driver. A system showing a newer DirectX runtime may still have an older GPU that lacks the feature level a game needs, so the GPU model and driver remain important.
5. Check available memory without “correcting” the listing
Windows reports installed physical memory under Settings > System > About and in Task Manager > Performance > Memory. Steam’s current entry says 8 MB for both tiers. Because that value is atypical, treat it as an unverified store entry rather than evidence that a modern PC with only a few megabytes would be usable. Recheck the official page for a correction before release.

The processor and graphics jumps are substantial. The minimum graphics examples date from an entry-level gaming class, while the recommended examples target a much faster GPU tier with considerably more video memory. The table below shows what each change means for a buying or upgrade decision without inventing performance numbers.

If you are deciding whether to upgrade, prioritize the graphics card when your current GPU is below the minimum examples, then confirm that the processor and operating system satisfy the listing. Do not buy solely to reach a particular frame rate: no official target has been published.

Steam’s feature panel marks HYPERyuki with Full Controller Support, lists both Xbox Controllers and PlayStation Controllers, and states: “The developers recommend playing this game with a controller.” SteamDB adds metadata for DualShock Controllers, DualShock Controllers (USB Only), DualSense Controllers and DualSense Controllers (USB Only), along with Gamepad Preferred.

That combination supports using a standard Xbox-compatible PC gamepad or a compatible DualShock or DualSense controller. It does not establish that every third-party pad, adapter, Bluetooth mode or wireless receiver will work, nor does it identify a specific model as required.

Xbox-style controllers
An Xbox-compatible controller is the most straightforward choice for Windows because many PC games expose an Xbox-style input layout. Connect it by USB or pair it through the Windows Bluetooth settings if your model supports Bluetooth. In Steam, open Steam > Settings > Controller and confirm that the device appears under detected controllers before launching the game.
PlayStation DualShock and DualSense controllers

How to test a controller before playing
- Connect the pad by USB first. This removes Bluetooth pairing and battery issues from the initial test.
- Open Steam and go to Steam > Settings > Controller.
- Check that Steam identifies the controller and that button presses register in the test area.
- Launch HYPERyuki after the controller is detected. If the game opens with keyboard prompts, look in its input or controls menu for a gamepad selection.
- If buttons are mapped incorrectly, close the game and review Steam Input settings for that title. Test one configuration at a time so you can identify whether the change fixes the problem.
Because the game is still listed as coming soon, menus and controller mappings may change before release. A controller that is recognized by Steam is not the same as a guarantee that every feature, vibration mode or wireless path will be supported in the final build.

Those features explain the controller recommendation: local split-screen is easier to organize when each participant has a gamepad, and a controller is generally the intended input for a board-riding game. Common problems and practical fixes
“My PC is newer, but the GPU name does not match”
Exact model matching is not required by the wording of the listing; it supplies examples. Compare your card with the relevant generation and performance class, including VRAM, and treat the result as an estimate until official testing is available. “Steam does not detect my PlayStation controller”
Try a direct USB connection, a different cable that supports data, and Steam’s controller settings before launching the game. “The game shows keyboard prompts”

“I need a storage estimate”
