What “Hyperliquid ETF” refers to
“Hyperliquid ETF” is not the name of one interchangeable product. As of October 3, 2026, the products identified in issuer and exchange announcements are THYP, TXXH, and BHYP. They differ in exposure, legal structure, and disclosed fees. A ticker or an exchange listing does not make their risks the same.
Nasdaq’s May 11, 2026 circular described THYP’s stated objective as a passive vehicle tracking HYPE’s price. Nasdaq said trading was anticipated to begin that day; 21Shares announced the product’s launch on May 12. Those are separate dates: an anticipated start in the exchange circular and the issuer’s subsequent launch announcement.

What the product differences mean for an investor
Spot exposure is not leveraged exposure
THYP seeks to track the price of HYPE, while TXXH is explicitly a 2x long product. The “2x” label signals a different exposure profile, not a promise of twice the return over any holding period. The cited announcement does not establish how returns behave over a particular period, so investors should consult TXXH’s current prospectus for the precise objective and risks rather than infer them from the name.
Registration is not an endorsement
21Shares distinguishes THYP, which it says is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, from TXXH, which it describes as registered under that Act. Registration or an SEC filing becoming effective is not the same as SEC approval of an investment’s merits. The SEC filing index records an effectiveness notice dated May 11, 2026; that event should not be described as an endorsement.

Staking and fees need product-specific checking
Only the THYP circular among the cited materials describes possible staking: the sponsor may stake a portion of the trust’s HYPE, subject to discretion and legal and regulatory considerations. The announcement does not guarantee staking, a particular amount staked, or a level of reward. Fee figures above are the stated rates in the respective issuer announcements; the Bitwise waiver was limited to one month and the first $500 million of assets, and is not a current offer as of October 3, 2026.
Crypto exposure carries substantial risk
Issuer materials warn that crypto exposure is risky and potentially volatile. HYPE-linked products can expose investors to the risks of the underlying digital asset as well as the product’s own structure. A leveraged product such as TXXH is not a substitute for spot exposure and should be assessed using its full prospectus, not compared with THYP solely by headline fees or ticker.

What Remittix says about its $50 million milestone
In a sponsored release dated September 3, 2026, Remittix said its Markets platform had exceeded $50 million in trading volume and had thousands of users. A second Remittix-sponsored release dated October 2 again reported more than $50 million in Markets volume, and said more than 10,000 iOS wallet downloads had been recorded. These are claims made by Remittix, not independently established market statistics.
The releases do not specify the time window for the cumulative volume figure. The sources reviewed also did not provide independent trade records or an auditable platform dashboard to validate it. The figure therefore cannot, on the evidence cited here, establish a daily or monthly trading rate, user activity per trader, or a comparison with other platforms.
What Remittix Markets is described as
In the September 3 release, Remittix describes Markets as its perpetual-futures trading platform. Perpetual futures are derivatives rather than spot ownership of the underlying asset; the release’s description does not independently verify platform use, trading volume, or product performance.

RTX launch remains scheduled, not completed
Remittix’s October 2, 2026 release says RTX is scheduled to launch on November 24, 2026. As of October 3, that date is in the future. Treat it as a stated schedule, not as a completed launch or confirmation of exchange availability.
How to read the headline without conflating the stories
The ETF announcements concern listed investment products tied to HYPE, each with its own exposure and terms. Remittix’s $50 million figure concerns volume its project says was generated on its Markets platform. The two developments are separate; the available information does not show that Remittix’s reported volume is connected to the HYPE products or that either story confirms the other.
