The Witch’s Bakery has 60 Steam achievements. A complete file requires story and side quests, nine relationship tracks, both pastry-name outcomes, three separate recipe goals, cumulative bakery income, ten full decoration themes plus every individual decoration, city activities, and several special interactions. Use the checklists below, keep a primary save, and reserve a second save (or replay) for the mutually exclusive “Pain au chocolat” and “Chocolatine” responses.
What do you need for 100% completion?
You must satisfy every achievement category, not just finish the five chapters. In particular, unlocking a recipe is different from cooking it, and cooking it once is different from raising it to maximum level. Likewise, completing a named decoration theme does not automatically prove that every decoration piece has been purchased.

Which story and side-quest achievements are there?
These seven achievements arrive through the main chapters and the complete side-quest set. Finishing the chapters alone will not unlock The Heart of Paris.

- Of Mages and Regrets — Finish Chapter 1.
- The Little Girl with the Chocolate Cake — Finish Chapter 2.
- The Express Train on the Endless Track — Finish Chapter 3.
- The Sculpture in the Furnace — Finish Chapter 4.
- Of Regrets and Remords — Finish Chapter 5.
- The Heart of Paris. — Complete the entire side-quest set.
How do I complete every relationship achievement?
Raise each character to the listed heart level and track targets separately. The game’s daily loop gives you daytime bakery work, evening exploration and relationship-building, and nighttime rest, magic improvement, decoration, and Atelier work.

The October 19 update addressed a Mawuli first-heart block affecting May 7–13 dates and an Estelle theater blocker. Check that your game is updated before replaying either event; an additional repair is available for already affected Windows saves.
Can I unlock Pain au chocolat and Chocolatine together?
They are opposing responses in the early pastry-naming conversation, so one campaign choice normally gives one achievement. Choose the response shown on screen, record it, and preserve your main save before pursuing the other outcome. The guide indicates that you do not need a second complete campaign solely for this conversation; a backed-up save or targeted replay is sufficient.

Enter the Atelier first, then maintain three columns for every recipe: Unlocked, Cooked, and Max level. Finding a recipe book only fills the first column.

What is the safest 100% route?
- Create one main save and immediately note which pastry response you selected.
- Advance chapters while clearing side quests and taking every available relationship opportunity.
- Use recipe columns for unlocked, cooked, and maximum level.
- Log every film, book, restaurant, play, and concert as you complete it.
- Pet Sadness five times before leaving Estelle’s Palace content.
- Trigger burnout intentionally, recover, and return to normal progression.
- Purchase decorations by theme while checking off each individual piece.
- Continue bakery sales until €100, €1,000, and €7,500 are all recorded.
- Install the current patch before replaying Mawuli or Estelle events affected by launch-week blockers.
- Use a second save or targeted replay for the pastry response you did not choose.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many chapters are in The Witch’s Bakery?
The achievement list recognizes five chapters, ending with “Of Regrets and Remords.” Side quests are tracked separately, so chapter completion alone does not represent the full narrative checklist.
Where is the Backer’s Monument?
The monument is at the far left of the park. Visit it directly to trigger The Founding Backers rather than relying on the general activity counter.

Does buying a recipe book unlock the cooking achievement?
No. A book discovery only counts as an unlocked recipe. You must cook every recipe once and then raise every recipe to its maximum level for the two additional achievements.
Do decoration themes require every item in the game?
A theme achievement requires all pieces in that named set. The separate Gotta get’em all achievement additionally requires every bakery decoration piece across all sets.
