Campaign rewards: New Game+ and 00 difficulty
Complete the entire campaign on any difficulty to unlock both New Game+ and 00 difficulty. The official requirement does not specify a minimum campaign difficulty.

New Game+
New Game+ lets you replay with outfit loadout and gadget flexibility. Its journal lets you change outfits and restart from a checkpoint. You can swap gadgets mid-mission only after those gadgets have become available in the story.
00 difficulty
On 00 difficulty, enemies are tougher, detect you faster, hit harder, and restore fewer gadget resources, according to IO Interactive’s Update 1.3.0 patch notes.

Unlock the two new TacSim weapons
Each weapon requires both a minimum Clearance Level and Intel. The requirements listed in the patch notes are:

Reach the required level, then spend the weapon’s Intel cost in TacSim. The official notes give unlock requirements and costs, but no combat statistics for comparing the weapons’ performance.

Get the Extended Operations outfits
Three outfits unlocked by default
Observant Spy, Leisure Beam, and First Class are unlocked by default; the patch notes list no purchase or challenge for them.
The Grey Standard
Connect your game to an IOI Account by November 1, 2026, to unlock The Grey Standard outfit. IO Interactive gives that deadline in its official patch notes.

One More
One More is a Twitch Drop available from October 1, 2026, at 15:00 UTC through October 16, 2026, at 17:00 UTC. The patch notes name the reward and window but do not state a viewing-time threshold or the remaining claim steps. Check the active Twitch Drops campaign for its requirements and claim instructions.

- Valhalla Protocol: Four TacSim missions in the Slovakian mountains feature the Aston Martin Valhalla in day and night settings. Use the car’s weapons to hit targets, earn time bonuses, and pursue a high score.
- Jungle Heist: A TacSim operation at The Pearl resort in Vietnam, where the objective is to retrieve classified documents from a villa safe. IO Interactive says attempts vary.
- Photo Mode: Includes controls for UI visibility and posing, camera transform and lens adjustments, brightness and post-processing filters, and backgrounds and logos. The patch notes do not specify a progression requirement.
These activities and Photo Mode are update content, not additional reward unlock conditions. The update also improves weapon-handling animations and includes more than 700 fixes and improvements, according to the October 1, 2026 patch notes.
