Prepare a small, verifiable watch list

Reduce noisy alerts and verify each change
If your account provides controls for selecting or filtering page content, focus on the portion that contains the listing details you care about. Before monitoring a target site, review its current terms and technical directions. Fluxguard’s End-User License and Terms of Service state that users are responsible for lawful and permitted crawling, including compliance with robots.txt and other known directions, and prohibit bypassing restrictions. The terms also disclaim accuracy guarantees.
