To check a Steam hardware reservation or order, sign in to Steam Support and open Purchases. For a parcel that has shipped, use the carrier and tracking details in the shipment confirmation email. These are separate checks: the account record shows purchase or reservation information, while carrier tracking follows a dispatched package.
Check the reservation or order in your Steam account

Go to Steam Support and sign in to the account used for the reservation or purchase.

Choose Purchases from the support options and look for the relevant hardware transaction.

If you need personalized help, continue through the relevant purchase or hardware support options while signed in. Steam Support also lists help for hardware such as Steam Deck.

The purchase record is the place to check whether Steam has an account-level reservation or order entry. Steam’s public support pages do not document universal reservation-status labels, a current queue position, or an estimated availability date for every individual reservation, so do not assume a particular label or delivery estimate will appear.
Track the package after Steam ships it
Carrier tracking applies once the hardware has been dispatched. Valve says, “Your order’s carrier and tracking information will be included in your shipment confirmation email.” Find that email, then follow its carrier link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s tracking page. If you have not received a shipment confirmation, check the Steam account record rather than treating a carrier tracking page as a reservation-status tool.

What to do if the record or tracking details are missing

No reservation or order appears: confirm that you are signed in to the Steam account used for the transaction, then check Purchases again. If it remains missing, contact Steam Support.

Payment or delivery problem: use Steam Support. Valve’s hardware shipping FAQ directs users there for payment and delivery issues.

Shipment confirmation received, but tracking is not updating: use the tracking information in the email and contact Steam Support if the delivery issue persists.
Can you change or cancel a hardware order?
Valve’s shipping FAQ says an order may be modified or cancelled through the Help Site within 24 hours. After that 24-hour window, the order is allocated for shipment and can no longer be changed or cancelled there. If you want a refund after shipment, Valve says to request it through the Help Site after delivery.
