Sign in to the authorized customer account, select the correct company location if prompted, open the product or catalog, and use your browser or device’s screenshot function. Before capturing, check that the image shows enough context to identify the product, displayed price, currency, and any quantity conditions. Record the capture date and relevant customer context separately when needed, and follow the merchant’s terms and your organization’s confidentiality rules before sharing.
Why the signed-in account and company location matter
B2B catalog prices may be visible only after sign-in. Shopify says B2B customers must sign in to access B2B-specific information such as products and pricing. Its documented flow uses a six-digit sign-in code; if an account is linked to multiple company locations, the buyer selects the location to purchase for. The catalog assigned to that location affects the prices shown. Shopify Help Center
Do not assume that an anonymous catalog or another buyer’s screenshot shows the same offer. Propeller Commerce documents customer-specific price sheets and order lists that can filter product visibility, and notes that authenticated users may see prices different from anonymous users. Take a one-time screenshot from the authorized session
- Sign in using the customer account you are authorized to use. If the portal sends a one-time code, complete that sign-in step in the portal.
- If asked to choose a company location, select the location whose catalog or price you need to document.
- Open the relevant catalog and product. Check whether the price changes with a variant, quantity, or other selection before capturing.
- Frame the page so the product name or identifier and the price appear together. Include the currency, unit, and relevant quantity break when the page displays them.
- Use the normal screenshot feature for the browser or operating system where the signed-in page is open. Shortcuts differ by device; consult its instructions if needed.
- Save the image with a useful filename and, when necessary, note the capture date and company-location or account context separately. Avoid putting sensitive account details in a widely shared filename.
Preserve the conditions that explain the price
A number without its pricing context can be misleading. Shopify documents catalog-level fixed prices and overall adjustments, as well as quantity rules and volume pricing. If these details are visible, capture or record the applicable variant, unit, currency, quantity threshold, and price break. The date and account or company-location note are practical record-keeping guidance, not a prescribed Shopify screenshot format. Shopify Help Center

Automating recurring captures requires extra checks
For an occasional record, a manual screenshot from the authorized browser session is usually the simplest method. For recurring capture, a screenshot service may accept session cookies or an Authorization header; Screenshot Scout documents those technical options. That capability does not establish that a specific merchant permits automated capture, that transferring session credentials to a third party is allowed, or that a service’s security and retention practices are suitable. Screenshot Scout documentation
Before automating, confirm you are authorized to access and capture the portal, check the merchant’s terms and workplace rules, and assess how credentials and resulting images are handled. The available information does not establish comparative provider security, retention policies, or prices.

ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server. For an authorized session in a recurring workflow, it accepts cookies or an Authorization header. Its cookie-banner, popup, and chat-widget cleanup is designed for clean captures, but a logged-in B2B price page still requires a valid authorized session and correct account context.
One-call example for a public page:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webpFor an authenticated catalog page, adapt the request to the authorized page and credentials supported by the API; do not put live credentials in a shared script or expose them in logs. See the ScreenshotNeo documentation for request options. ScreenshotNeo says bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are not billed, an MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots, and 1,000 screenshots per month are free without a card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. Its clean-capture steps can be turned off, which may be appropriate when you need to preserve the page as displayed rather than remove overlays.

Sharing screenshots safely
Customer-specific negotiated prices should not be treated as generally available just because they appear in a screenshot. The sources establish that B2B prices can be login-gated and customer-specific; they do not determine whether any particular merchant permits copying or public redistribution. Check the applicable merchant terms and your organization’s confidentiality rules before sharing.
Redact unrelated names, addresses, email addresses, account identifiers, and order details. A screenshot records what appeared for one customer context at one time; by itself, it does not prove the price is available to other buyers or remains current.
