In Edge on a Mac, open the webpage, choose Settings and more (the three-dot menu) > Screenshot, then choose Capture full page for the whole webpage or the selected-area option for a portion. Review the result and copy or save it. You can also right-click the page to open Screenshot. Microsoft’s public feature page and its Mac shortcut list do not establish a reliable Edge screenshot keyboard shortcut for macOS, so use the menu or context menu instead.
Capture a full webpage or a selected area in Edge

Open the webpage in Microsoft Edge.

Open Settings and more from the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, then select Screenshot. Alternatively, right-click the webpage and choose Screenshot.

Choose Capture full page to capture content beyond the visible window, or choose the selected-area option and select the portion you need.

Review the capture. Edge lets you add markup, then copy or save the result.

Microsoft labels the current feature Screenshot; older documentation and policy materials may call it Web Capture. Microsoft describes Screenshot as a way to turn web content into a shareable image. The available documentation does not specify the image format, resolution, or how dynamic page content is handled, so check the saved result if those details matter. Use macOS shortcuts for a screen screenshot
macOS captures the screen rather than scrolling through a webpage. Use these shortcuts when you need the visible screen or a screen region, not an entire long page:

- Shift-Command-3: capture the whole screen.
- Shift-Command-4: select and capture a portion of the screen.
- Shift-Command-5: open the screenshot controls.

Why there is no confirmed Edge screenshot shortcut for Mac
Microsoft’s Screenshot feature page lists Ctrl+Shift+S, but it does not clearly identify that shortcut as macOS-specific. Microsoft’s Mac keyboard-shortcut reference does not list an Edge screenshot command. Because those sources do not confirm a Mac shortcut, open Screenshot from the menu or right-click menu rather than assuming that Ctrl+Shift+S or Command+Shift+S will work. Print the page when you need a printable record
Press Command-P in Edge on macOS to open its print dialog. Press Option-Command-P to open the system print dialog directly. Printing is an alternative for a printable page record, not a screenshot; output and available PDF options can vary, and Microsoft’s cited instructions do not guarantee identical results across versions. Check that Edge is up to date. If this is a work- or school-managed Mac, an administrator policy may disable the feature. Microsoft documents a WebCaptureEnabled policy for managing availability; the policy page identifies macOS version 87 as its minimum supported version, which is a policy threshold rather than a recommendation for the latest browser version. The shortcut does not open Screenshot
Use the menu or right-click route. The Ctrl+Shift+S shortcut shown on Microsoft’s general feature page is not confirmed by its Mac shortcut reference as a macOS command.
You need the content below the visible screen
Choose Edge’s Capture full page, not Shift-Command-3 or Shift-Command-4. The macOS shortcuts capture the screen or a selected screen region; they do not document a long webpage beyond the viewport.
