What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Scroll down the page in stages, pausing as new content appears, then take a full-page screenshot. A full-page capture can include what lies beyond the current viewport, but it cannot capture content the site has not loaded yet. In Firefox, use Take Screenshot and choose Save full page, then inspect the result for blank or missing sections.
Why scrolling first matters
Some pages load images, sections, or additional results only when you approach them. If you capture the full page immediately, content farther down may not have been loaded or rendered yet. Scroll through the needed portion first and give newly visible material time to appear. This is practical guidance for viewport-triggered loading; behavior varies by site, and no single method guarantees complete capture for every infinite-scroll implementation.
A page that keeps appending results may not have a fixed bottom. Decide how far down you need to preserve, scroll to that extent, and capture after the content there has loaded.
Take a full-page screenshot in Firefox
- Open the page and wait for its initial content to load.
- Scroll down in increments. Pause when new material appears so deferred images or sections have time to load. Continue until the content you need is present.
- Right-click an empty area of the page and choose Take Screenshot. On macOS, you can Control-click instead. You can also open the screenshot interface with Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows or Linux, or Command+Shift+S on macOS.
- Choose Save full page. Firefox also provides options for the visible area, a selected region, or an automatically detected page part.
- Download the image or copy it to the clipboard.
- Inspect the capture from top to bottom. If sections are blank or missing, return to the page, scroll farther or wait longer, and capture again.
Mozilla’s current instructions for the screenshot interface are in Take screenshots in Firefox. Shortcut availability and interface details can change between browser versions.

Choose the right capture extent
Use a full-page capture when you need content beyond the visible browser window. Choose the visible-area option when only what is currently on screen matters; Firefox also offers a selected region or detected page part. The choice of capture extent does not change whether the site has loaded its deferred content, so scroll and check first when the page loads material on approach.
Fix blank or missing content
- Images or sections lower down are missing: scroll to them, pause for them to load, and capture again.
- The capture is blank in a particular area: revisit that area in the page before recapturing; the screenshot cannot include content that the site has not rendered.
- A feed keeps extending: select the extent you need rather than waiting for a final bottom that may not exist.
- The page uses an embedded scroll panel: scroll the panel containing the content. The documented Firefox workflow does not establish a universal method for every application or nested scrolling layout.
Or skip the browser setup
For a repeatable capture from code, ScreenshotNeo can return a screenshot in a single GET request. Its full-page option can load lazy images, but a page that appends content only after a visitor scrolls may still need site-specific handling; inspect the result for the extent you require. The service removes cookie and consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture, and those steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed; response headers identify the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides screenshot tools for AI agents. The free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.
