In SingleFile, open the extension’s options and enable Fonts > remove unused fonts and Fonts > remove alternative fonts. These options clean up font rules that are unused or are alternatives to fonts the page uses. They are not documented as a way to remove every embedded font from every saved page, so they cannot guarantee a font-free HTML file.
Turn on SingleFile’s font-cleanup options

Right-click the SingleFile toolbar button, then choose Options or Manage extension to open its options page.

Find the Fonts settings.

Enable remove unused fonts.

Enable remove alternative fonts.

Save the options if the page asks you to, then save the webpage with SingleFile.
SingleFile recommends enabling both options. Its help describes each as a cleanup intended not to alter the document, but that is not a guarantee of identical rendering on every site.

What the two options remove

SingleFile says each option can considerably reduce file size, but it does not publish a guaranteed reduction. The two settings are selective: the documentation does not promise to remove every font resource or produce a saved page with no embedded font data.
Save only after the page has loaded
Wait until the webpage is fully loaded before saving it. A page that is still loading may not yet have the content or resources SingleFile will capture. Also, SingleFile can save resources present on the page even if they are not displayed or are already cached, so a font resource in the saved file does not necessarily mean that visible page text uses it.

If fonts still appear in the saved file

Check the effective profile. Confirm both font options are enabled in the profile used for that save. SingleFile supports profiles, and page-specific auto-settings or a different selected profile may mean the options you changed were not active.

Wait for loading to finish. Reload the page if needed, wait for its content to settle, and save again.

Distinguish unused rules from all font data. The documented settings remove unused and alternative fonts; they do not establish universal removal of every font resource. If a font is used by page content, the unused-font option is not described as removing it.

Check the result in a browser. Removing font rules can affect how a page looks in cases the documentation does not specify. Compare the saved page with the original if visual fidelity matters.
