To save a product page from an Indian shopping site as a PDF, open it in a browser, choose Print, select Save as PDF, check the preview, and save. This makes a PDF copy of one product page as it appears in the browser; it does not make a branded, multi-product seller catalog.
Save a product page as a PDF on a computer
- Open the product listing in your browser and wait for its main image and product details to load.
- Open the Print dialog. The common shortcuts are Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux and Command+P on macOS. You can also use the browser menu; labels and locations vary by browser and operating system.
- Set the destination or printer to Save as PDF, or the equivalent option provided by your system.
- Review the preview. If the page breaks awkwardly, try the available paper size, orientation, scale, or margin settings.
- Save the file with a descriptive name, such as the product name and date. Listing details, prices, and availability may change.
- Open the saved PDF and confirm that the information and images you need are present.
Google Chrome’s desktop help documents More > More tools > Save page as for saving a webpage, but that is a webpage-file method, not a direct instruction for creating a PDF. For a PDF, use the print dialog. Google Chrome Help: Download a file – Computer.
Save a product page as a PDF on Android
In Chrome for Android, Google’s documented steps are:
- Open the product page.
- Tap More, then Share.
- Select Print.
- In the print interface, choose Save as PDF.
- Choose where to save the file.

Check the preview if the PDF looks incomplete
Product listings can include navigation, promotions, recommendations, and other page elements. How those elements print depends on the page’s own print styling; there is no guarantee that every Indian marketplace will include all images and details in the same way.
- Check that the product name, price or other details you need, and key images appear in the preview.
- If content is cut off or split poorly, adjust the available scale, orientation, paper size, or margins, then inspect the preview again.
- If the built-in print result is unsuitable, a Chrome Web Store extension advertises exporting a full page or a selected page element as PDF. That is the extension’s published description, not independent verification or a guarantee that it works on a particular marketplace. Review its permissions and privacy terms before installing it. A shopper’s PDF is not a seller’s product catalog
Printing a listing saves a snapshot of one page. If you run a store and want a downloadable, branded catalog containing products, you need a catalog-generation feature instead. WooCommerce documents a product PDF catalog feature for that separate use case: Product PDF Catalog Documentation.

For an actual PDF of one product page, the browser’s print-to-PDF workflow above is the direct method. A screenshot API is an alternative when you want a capture returned by a service; check that its output matches your need before relying on it as a PDF catalog.
