A page’s printed layout can differ from what you see on screen, so verify the PDF itself rather than assuming conversion preserved everything.
Save the webpage with your browser’s print dialog

Open the webpage you want to save. Choose Print from the browser menu, or try Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux and Cmd+P on macOS. Shortcuts can vary by browser and platform.

Choose the browser’s PDF destination. In Firefox, select Save to PDF. Review the preview before saving; Firefox notes that a webpage can be set up to print differently from its on-screen appearance. Mozilla’s print guidance describes the browser’s print flow.

If content is clipped or too small, adjust available print settings such as paper size, orientation, scale, or margins. Save the PDF to your device.

Open the saved file in a PDF viewer and inspect the Arabic and the overall page content before sharing or archiving it.
Check Arabic direction, shaping, and text usability
Do not judge the result only by whether the page looks roughly right at a glance. Inspect these details in the PDF:

Select a short Arabic passage, copy it, and search for a visible word. Chrome’s PDF viewer documentation describes highlighting, searching, copying, and pasting text in PDFs; if Arabic cannot be selected or searched, the output may not contain usable text even if it appears readable. If the Arabic PDF looks wrong
Try another print flow
Repeat the conversion in another browser and compare the resulting files. The available sources do not establish that browsers, operating systems, fonts, and websites preserve Arabic shaping or mixed-direction text identically, so inspect each result rather than assuming one is universally better.
Use Acrobat’s web conversion settings when you need more controls
Adobe documents web-page conversion through its browser extension or desktop workflow. Its HTML conversion settings include Default Encoding and Language Specific Font Settings, along with controls for backgrounds, images, scrollable blocks, page size, orientation, margins, and scaling. Desktop Acrobat can also capture multiple site levels. These options give you more settings to investigate; they are not a guaranteed repair for every badly converted page. Know the scope of Acrobat’s RTL controls
Adobe says Acrobat supports viewing, searching, and printing PDFs containing Arabic and Hebrew in Windows. Its right-to-left language options include paragraph direction, digit style, and ligatures for selected form fields, digital signatures, and text-box markups. That documented scope does not establish that these controls can fix every Arabic webpage converted by a browser. Adobe’s Arabic and Hebrew language guidance describes the supported features.
