The exact invoice control can vary by account and order; Flipkart’s public Help Centre directs customers to sign in for recent-order help but does not document a verified invoice-download menu path.
Find and open the invoice page in Flipkart
- Sign in to Flipkart and open the relevant order or order-help area. Flipkart’s Help Centre offers “Help with your order” and directs users to log in for help with recent orders.
- Check the order’s available options for an invoice or invoice webpage, and open it if available. The public Help Centre information does not establish one exact menu sequence, so the labels and options shown in your account may differ.
Once the invoice webpage is open, use the print steps for your device and browser below. These browser instructions describe printing webpages generally; they do not guarantee how a particular Flipkart invoice will render.
Save the invoice as a PDF on a computer
Chrome
- Open the invoice page in Chrome.
- Open Print with Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or Command+P on Mac.
- In the print preview, choose Save as PDF as the destination if it is available.
- Review the preview, adjust options if needed, and save the file. Google documents these steps in its Chrome computer printing instructions.
Firefox
- Open the invoice page, open the browser menu, and choose Print.
- Choose Save to PDF in the destination menu, review the preview and settings, then save. Mozilla’s Firefox printing guide covers orientation, page range, scale, margins, paper size, and background options.
Microsoft Edge
- Open the invoice page and use Edge’s Print command.
- Inspect the preview settings before saving. Microsoft documents controls including scale, background graphics, and headers and footers, as well as an Immersive Reader workaround for a clutter-free print where available, in its Edge printing guide.
Save a PDF on Android with Chrome
- Open the invoice page in Chrome.
- Tap More (the three-dot menu), then Share, then Print.
- Choose Save as PDF, select a location on the device, and save. Google documents this route in its Chrome Android printing instructions.
Save a PDF with Firefox for Android
- Open the webpage and tap the menu’s share control.
- Choose Save as PDF, then tap Download. The file is retrieved from Downloads. See Mozilla’s Firefox for Android instructions.
Check the PDF before relying on it
Use the print preview to catch clipping, awkward page breaks, or text that is too small. Where the browser offers them, adjust orientation, scale, margins, page range, backgrounds, or headers and footers; the available controls differ by browser. Check the preview for the invoice heading, seller and order details, line items, tax, and totals if shown. These are practical checks, not a guarantee that every invoice contains those fields. After saving, open the PDF and confirm the information you need is present and readable.
