3. Choose an edition
Select Standard or Ultimate after reading the included-content panel. Rockstar identifies both editions and documents an Ultimate Edition digital upgrade route. The upgrade’s eligibility, price and timing can depend on the original purchase, so use the conditions on your account’s store page rather than assuming every Standard order can be upgraded in the same way.
4. Check the promotions shown for your account
The Vintage Vice City Pack is associated with qualifying pre-orders. Digital pre-orders include one month of GTA+ under the platform’s terms. Check the offer’s country, edition and redemption requirements before checkout; a promotion displayed in another region or on another edition is not evidence that your order qualifies.
5. Finish checkout carefully

“Ultimate” does not automatically mean a physical disc, and “physical” does not automatically mean the Standard edition. Edition and format are separate decisions: a retailer can stock different editions, while a digital store can sell either edition without shipping a box.
Is the physical GTA 6 copy a disc?
Rockstar support says the physical version contains a download code used for the digital download. Therefore, a physical box does not necessarily contain a game disc. The listing is missing
Confirm that you are signed into the correct account and store region, then search the full title rather than an abbreviation. Check that your console is PS5 or Xbox Series X|S. If the listing is unavailable in your country, an authorized local retailer may be the only supported channel; do not redeem a code from another region without confirming compatibility.
The wrong edition or platform is in the cart
Remove the item and reopen the product page from the platform-specific store. Check the edition name and console label immediately above the purchase button. A similar product title is not proof that the order will run on your console.
The promotional item is not visible
Read the offer panel and the detailed terms. The Vintage Vice City Pack applies only to qualifying pre-orders, and the one-month GTA+ benefit is tied to qualifying digital orders. The charge is pending but no game appears
