To keep Indian classical flute or bansuri music playing on YouTube, save videos to a playlist, start playback from that playlist, and turn on Loop for the whole playlist. YouTube has separate controls for repeating a playlist and repeating just one video, so check the loop icon or label before settling in to listen.

Create a playlist of Indian flute music

  1. Open a YouTube video you want to include.
  2. Select More → Save → Create new playlist.
  3. Enter a name, such as “Indian Classical Flute Relaxation,” choose a privacy setting, and create the playlist.
  4. Repeat for other suitable videos, saving each to the playlist. You can find and manage playlists in the You tab; YouTube also says they can be managed in YouTube Studio. YouTube’s playlist instructions cover the save-and-create workflow.

For discovery, try search terms such as “bansuri,” “Indian classical flute,” or “Indian classical-inspired instrumental music.” Moksha Soundscapes describes its channel’s music as Indian classical-inspired instrumental music for sleep, relaxation, meditation, and inner peace, including bansuri; treat that as the channel’s description, not independent proof of classical authenticity or therapeutic effects. View the Moksha Soundscapes channel.

As another discovery example, Amazon Music’s “Bansuri” listing described a 66-song playlist with a total duration of 4 hours and 48 minutes. Its examples included “Mishra Pilu” by Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia & Traditional and “Raga Khamaj Alap in D for Solo Flute” by Ananya Banerjee. Those are catalog details from the listing at access time, not a guarantee of current availability on YouTube or elsewhere. View the Amazon Music Bansuri listing.

Turn on repeat for the entire playlist

On a computer

  1. Start a video that is part of your playlist.
  2. Expand the playlist box beside or below the video, if it is collapsed.
  3. Click Loop in the playlist box. YouTube says, “The playlist will repeat continuously.” See YouTube’s repeat instructions.

On Android

  1. Play a video from the playlist.
  2. Find the playlist control box below the video and tap its loop control.
  3. Check the icon: if it shows a 1, repeat is set for the current video, not the full playlist. Tap again to switch to whole-playlist repeat.

On a TV or game console

  1. Select and start the playlist.
  2. Reveal the playback controls and choose Repeat until the display reads Repeat • Playlist. Depending on the interface, Repeat may also be available in playback Settings.

YouTube may change interface placement or wording. The important distinction is the selected mode: whole-playlist repeat plays the sequence again, while the “1” mode repeats only the current video.

Make the playlist work for your listening session

  • Choose the right mix: Some results are flute-led, while others combine bansuri with other instruments or ambient sounds. Check the video title and description before adding it.
  • Decide who can see it: Choose the playlist privacy setting when you create it. A private playlist is for your own listening; use a visible setting if you want to share it.
  • Check the sequence: Put the videos in the order you want to hear them, then begin playback from a video in that playlist before enabling repeat.
  • Use a suitable playback device: A playlist is a YouTube software feature; it does not require a particular speaker, headphones, accessory, or physical media purchase.

Looping is a playback control, not a guarantee that audio will remain uninterrupted in every device, network, account, or region. The repeat instructions explain how to repeat the playlist; they do not promise uninterrupted service under all conditions.

Troubleshoot playlist repeat

  • Only one track keeps restarting: The current-video repeat mode is likely active. On Android, look for a “1” on the loop icon and tap to change modes. On other devices, check that the control says playlist repeat rather than single-video repeat.
  • The playlist does not repeat: Confirm that playback began from a video in the playlist, then open the playlist controls and enable Loop or Repeat for the playlist.
  • You cannot find the control: Expand the playlist or reveal the playback controls. On TV interfaces, check playback Settings as well; exact placement can vary.
  • Playback stops or skips: Repeat mode itself does not guarantee uninterrupted playback. Check that the video and playlist remain available and that the device and network continue playing normally.

Or let it run in the cloud

If your goal is a 24/7 YouTube live stream made from uploaded flute recordings rather than ordinary playlist playback, StreamNeo can loop uploaded videos from the cloud. The setup is:

  1. Upload a recording or build a playlist.
  2. Add your YouTube stream key once.
  3. Go live; StreamNeo keeps the uploaded video stream running from the cloud.

Nothing has to stay on at home. Every quality up to 4K 60fps is streamed as uploaded at one flat price per slot, with no re-encode or quality tiers. StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card, one free day per account. Monthly: $9.99 per month. StreamNeo is for YouTube and uploaded videos, not a live camera feed. Learn more at StreamNeo, or start your free day.
