Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →First, confirm that the app you mean is actually IRL Pro. Its official site describes IRL Pro as a streaming app for YouTube and other destinations, but its public description does not document importing or syncing YouTube playlists. That means there is no verified IRL Pro playlist-sync fix to recommend without more details about the app and workflow. IRL Pro’s official site
Check whether IRL Pro is the app handling the playlist
IRL Pro’s official product description calls it a “Streaming Application for IRL Streaming (Twitch, Kick, Youtube, any rtmp/srt destination, etc).” That description does not establish that the app imports, manages, or synchronizes YouTube playlists after you edit them. A stale playlist could therefore be an app-identification issue, or it could involve a different app or workflow. IRL Pro
Before trying app-specific fixes, identify the exact app and what you expect it to update. Check whether you are viewing a playlist inside IRL Pro, YouTube itself, or another third-party app, and whether the missing change is a new video, a removed video, a reordered item, or something else.
Gather the details needed to diagnose a stale playlist
If you contact support or ask for further help, include enough information for someone else to reproduce the problem:

Separate playlist updates from YouTube content-compatibility errors
A playlist that stays stale after edits is not the same problem as a third-party app showing that a YouTube item is unavailable. For the latter, YouTube says the third-party app does not support that content and advises using the YouTube app or youtube.com. That guidance addresses content compatibility; it does not explain why playlist edits fail to appear or provide a playlist-sync fix. YouTube Help: unsupported content in third-party apps
If the app is not IRL Pro
Share the exact app name, device, operating system, app version, playlist link, missing edit, and any error message. Without those details, it is not possible to distinguish a stale playlist view from a content-compatibility problem or confirm which app feature is involved.
