Most Eternal Sword Pact code errors have a specific cause. Use the game’s Settings → Pack redemption screen, enter the code exactly as published, and tap Confirm Exchange. If the code is accepted, collect the reward from the in-game mailbox. An expired code cannot be revived; an already used code normally cannot be redeemed twice on one account. An invalid message requires checks for spelling, capitalization, spaces, account, server or region, and the redemption channel.
This guide explains what each message means, how to check whether the reward was delivered despite a confusing error, how to assess code lists that change quickly, and what evidence to send Leniu support when a valid-looking code still fails.
What Eternal Sword Pact is and why code errors vary
Eternal Sword Pact is a free-to-download mobile MMORPG from Leniu Technology with in-app purchases. The Google Play listing snapshot updated July 16, 2026, shows more than 1 million downloads, a 4.6-star rating, and about 18,000 reviews. Those figures describe the listing at that snapshot, not a guarantee about current availability or service status.
Gift codes are controlled by the game’s servers rather than by your phone’s clipboard or keyboard. A server can reject a code because its validity period ended, the code has already been consumed by the account, the text does not match exactly, the account is on an unsupported server or region, or the redemption service is temporarily under load. The message is therefore a diagnostic clue, not just a generic failure.

Use the correct redemption path
Enter codes from the game itself rather than from a random browser form. Pocket Gamer’s documented path is:
- Open Eternal Sword Pact and wait until the main screen is visible.
- Open the switch or menu on the right side of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Pack.
- Enter the gift code in the code field.
- Tap Confirm Exchange.
- If the exchange succeeds, open the in-game mailbox and claim the reward.
If you cannot see Pack, make sure you have reached the normal main screen rather than a login, character-selection, loading, or introductory screen. Do not substitute a promotional webpage, a different game’s coupon page, or an unrelated account-management form for the in-game control. A code can be genuine and still fail when entered through the wrong channel.
Enter the code exactly as published
Before diagnosing the server response, eliminate transcription errors. Codes are case-sensitive, so uppercase and lowercase letters must remain unchanged. Remove any space before the first character or after the last character. A line break copied from a webpage can be treated as an extra character in some fields.
Check characters that look alike
Inspect the code one character at a time. Common visual confusions include the number 0 and capital letter O, the number 1 and capital letter I, and the number 5 and capital letter S. These are examples of look-alike errors, not a claim that every Eternal Sword Pact code uses those characters.
When copying from an image, video, or stylized post, zoom in and compare each character with the publisher’s original text. If you type manually, use a plain-text note temporarily so punctuation, capitalization, and spacing are visible. Do not add quotation marks, hyphens, or explanatory words that appeared around the code in a post.

Perform one clean attempt
After checking the text, paste or type it once into Settings → Pack and select Confirm Exchange. Record the exact message and the time. Repeatedly submitting the same string does not extend its validity and can make it harder to tell whether a later attempt was made on the same account or server.
When the message says “expired”
An expired message means the code’s validity window has ended. No change to capitalization, device, or network can restore a code after its server-defined end date. Submit it again only to confirm the same result; then look for a replacement code from an official developer channel or wait for a new event code.

Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →RedeemCodesToday reports that many game codes last only days or weeks, with many listings describing a seven-to-30-day period. That is a general observation about the lists it publishes, not a universal duration for every Eternal Sword Pact code. A code post without a stated date should be treated as time-sensitive.
How to handle an expired listing
- Check whether the post identifies an end date, event, server, or usage limit.
- Compare the post’s publication or last-verified date with the date you are redeeming it.
- Prefer a newer announcement from the developer over an old copy-and-paste list.
- Do not pay anyone who promises to “reactivate” an expired code; the game server, not a third party, determines validity.
If a newer code works but the old one remains expired, that is normal. Keep the successful redemption result and stop retrying the obsolete code.
When the message says “invalid”
“Invalid” is broader than “expired.” It means the server did not accept the submitted string in the current context, but the message alone does not identify which check failed. Work through the following checks in order so each attempt tests one possible cause.

1. Verify the code and its formatting
- Compare every character with the original publication, including capitalization.
- Delete leading and trailing spaces and any copied line break.
- Replace look-alike characters only when the original source confirms which character is intended.
- Make sure you did not include a label such as “code:” or surrounding quotation marks.
2. Verify the account and server or region
Check the account, region, and expiration status. Make sure the game is signed into the account that should receive the reward and that the selected server or region matches the code’s stated scope. A code intended for one server, territory, or event group can be rejected on another even when the text is perfect.
If you have more than one character or server, note exactly where you are logged in before trying again. Do not switch accounts repeatedly while troubleshooting; doing so can make a successful redemption appear to have failed because the reward went to a different account.
3. Verify the redemption channel
Use the in-game Settings → Pack screen and tap Confirm Exchange. If you entered the text somewhere else, repeat the attempt through the game’s Pack control. The mailbox delivery step occurs after a successful in-game exchange.
4. Consider a temporary service problem
Temporary service load can produce a failure message even when a code is otherwise valid. After checking the code, account, server, and entry path, wait and make one later attempt rather than submitting the same code continuously. If the error persists, preserve a screenshot and escalate it to support instead of guessing at altered versions of the code.
5. Check whether the reward arrived anyway
Open the in-game mailbox and review recent messages or attachments. Also check any account history or redemption record the game exposes. Check the account’s reward history because a confusing display can coexist with a completed grant. Do not claim that a code failed solely because the input screen did not immediately show the expected item.

When the message says “already used”
Codes are generally limited to one redemption per account. “Already used” therefore usually means that the account has consumed the code previously, whether during an earlier attempt on the same device or after signing in elsewhere. A second submission will fail by design.
Confirm which account redeemed it
- Identify the account currently signed into Eternal Sword Pact.
- Check the in-game mailbox and any available account or redemption history for the reward.
- Think back to other devices, reinstalls, or shared access where the same account may have been used.
- If you have multiple accounts or servers, compare the current login with the one active during the original redemption.
If the reward is present, no repair is required. If you believe another person used the code on your account, change the account credentials through the game’s supported account process and tell Leniu support exactly what happened. Do not try to bypass the one-use rule by changing capitalization or adding spaces; those changes create a different, invalid string rather than a second entitlement.
Check the reward after a successful exchange
A confirmation at the Pack screen is not necessarily the same thing as an item appearing immediately on the character screen. Follow the documented flow by opening the in-game mailbox after the exchange. Look for a new message, an attachment, or a claim button.
If the mailbox is empty, verify the account and server first. Then close and reopen the mailbox or return to the main screen and check again. Keep a screenshot of the exchange result, the code text, the mailbox state, and the account or server identifier if the reward remains missing. Avoid redeeming the code on another account as a test, because a valid one-time code may be consumed there.

| Check | What to look for | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Officiality | Developer announcement or official channel versus an aggregator | An official post is more likely to reflect the intended event, server scope, and withdrawal of a code. |
| Last-verified date | The date the list or author says the code was checked | Short validity windows make an undated list unreliable. |
| Server or region scope | Global, regional, or named-server restrictions | A correct code can be rejected outside its permitted scope. |
| Exact reward | The listed items, currency, or event benefit | Different rewards can indicate different events or games with similar names. |
| Expiration or usage limit | An end date, seven-to-30-day estimate, or one-time restriction | It tells you whether a failure is likely permanent and whether another account can use it. |
Pocket Gamer is useful for the redemption path, while code-list pages such as RedeemCodesToday provide time-sensitive status examples. Neither type of secondary page should be treated as proof that a code still works at the moment you try it. The safest description is to identify the listing source and its last-checked date, provided the source actually supplies that date; otherwise say that the status is unverified.
Escalate a persistent failure to Leniu
When a code is current, unused, entered exactly, and submitted through the correct Pack screen but still fails, contact Leniu support at kf@leniugame.cn. The address appears in the Google Play app-support section for Eternal Sword Pact.
Include evidence that lets support reproduce the case
- The exact code, preserving its original capitalization.
- The account identifier and the server or region selected in the game.
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- The game version, if the app displays it.
- The date and time of the attempt, including your time zone.
- The precise error text: expired, invalid, already used, or another message.
- A screenshot or short screen recording showing the Pack screen and the error.
- A screenshot of the mailbox or account history if the exchange appeared to succeed but the reward is missing.
Do not send your password, payment details, or unrelated personal information. Explain whether the code came from an official developer channel or an aggregator and provide the source’s stated publication or verification date when available. This helps support distinguish a retired code from a formatting, account, or service problem.

A practical decision checklist
- Open the right screen: main screen → right-side switch → Settings → Pack.
- Clean the text: preserve case, remove outside spaces, and inspect look-alike characters.
- Submit once: tap Confirm Exchange and record the exact response.
- If expired: stop retrying and find a newer official event code.
- If invalid: check spelling, case, spaces, account, server or region, and the in-game channel; then consider temporary service load.
- If already used: verify the account that redeemed it and check the mailbox or history.
- If accepted: open the in-game mailbox and claim the reward.
- If still unresolved: email Leniu with the code, account and server details, device, time, and evidence.
This sequence separates permanent conditions from fixable entry mistakes without wasting a one-time redemption or repeatedly submitting an expired code.
