If the Avatar Legends Pack is missing in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, first check that it is available in your region and that the account you use to play owns it. Then update the game, confirm the DLC is installed or enabled, and restart. SEGA lists Avatar Legends as Season Pass Wave 6, but says DLC dates and contents may change, so a pack that is not yet listed in your store may not be an installation problem.
Check whether Avatar Legends is available and owned
SEGA’s CrossWorlds Purchase Guide lists the Avatar Legends Pack as Wave 6 of the Season Pass. It includes Aang and Katara as racers, the Gliding Air machine, and Lion Turtle Island as a course. The guide says DLC contents and release dates may change; it does not establish that the pack is live for every platform or region. Check the current listing in your platform’s store before troubleshooting an entitlement.

If the store lists the pack for your region, verify that the account you use to launch the game owns it. SEGA says the collaboration DLC is included through the Season Pass or can be bought separately. A listing alone does not confirm that your account has access.
- Steam: Open Account Details, then View licenses and product key activations.
- Epic Games Store: Open Manage Account, then Transactions, and check Purchases and Code redemptions.
These account checks come from SEGA’s DLC Access Troubleshooting.

Complete the tutorial and check for mods
For Season Pass or Digital Deluxe access, SEGA’s CrossWorlds instructions for Premium DLC Wave 5 say players must first complete the tutorial. Those instructions address Wave 5, not Avatar Legends specifically, so treat them as the best official CrossWorlds guidance available rather than a confirmed Avatar-specific fix. SEGA’s general DLC troubleshooting also notes that some content may require reaching a particular point in a game or using a specific part of it.
If you play on PC, temporarily remove mods or custom files and check whether the pack appears. SEGA warns that these files can interfere with DLC access.

Check region compatibility if you use a physical copy
SEGA warns that a physical game’s region can affect whether DLC activates. Compare the region shown on the game packaging—such as PEGI for Europe, ESRB for America, or ACB for Australia—with the region of the account that purchased the DLC. If they do not match, SEGA’s stated options are to request a refund for the DLC or obtain the physical game version for your account’s region. Its guidance does not recommend a VPN or changing account regions as a fix.
When to contact support
If the pack is listed as available in your region, the correct account owns it, the game is updated, and the DLC is installed or enabled, check SEGA’s current CrossWorlds announcements and the store listing for changes before reporting a problem. The official sources cited here do not announce an Avatar Legends-specific outage or known issue. When contacting platform or SEGA support, include your platform, region, edition, account entitlement evidence, and the checks you have completed.
