If a Fortnite skin bundle is missing after purchase, first confirm which store processed the payment and that Fortnite is open on the Epic account linked to that order. Then check the store’s purchase history. Epic’s Transaction History does not show purchases made through console or other third-party storefronts. For purchases on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung, Epic says it can take up to two hours for the purchase to appear.
1. Confirm the account and store used for the purchase
A bundle is tied to the account where it was purchased, earned, or claimed. Check the receipt or platform order to identify the purchasing account, then compare it with the Epic account currently used in Fortnite. A different account is a common reason a purchase appears to be missing. Cosmetics cannot be manually transferred between Fortnite accounts. Epic’s missing-content guidance and its account-transfer guidance explain these limits.
2. Check the purchase record in the store that took payment
The correct place to verify the order depends on where you bought the bundle:

3. Allow time for a recent console or Samsung purchase to appear
For purchases made on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung devices, Epic says it can take up to two hours for a purchase to show on the account. While waiting, confirm the device’s date and time are correct, including the intended time zone. See Epic’s console-purchase guidance.
On a console, check the account that installed Fortnite
Epic’s console guidance suggests reinstalling Fortnite from the console account that made the purchase as a way to check that the correct account is in use. If the order is confirmed but the bundle still does not appear after the account and time checks, contact the console platform’s support team.

4. Escalate based on whether the order is confirmed
Epic Games Store order is confirmed
If you have an Epic receipt or Transaction History entry, Epic says the payment went through. Submit a request to Epic Support and include the order number and the missing bundle or content name.
No Epic receipt or transaction entry
If neither exists, Epic’s guidance says the purchase may not have completed. If your payment method shows a charge but there is no receipt, contact the payment provider to verify the transaction status.

Console or other storefront order is confirmed
Raise the missing-content issue with the support team for the store that processed the purchase. Epic directs players to the platform for purchases made through third-party sellers or storefronts. Its purchase support article provides the storefront distinction.
5. Don’t use return options to try to recover missing content
Fortnite’s cosmetic purchase-history view covers the previous 30 days. The cosmetic purchase-history instructions explain where to review eligible recent purchases. However, the V-Bucks cancel/return policy excludes cosmetic bundles, and those mechanisms are for eligible returns—not for restoring a missing purchase. 6. Check whether a refund or payment reversal removed the bundle
Epic says a refund or payment reversal can automatically remove items. Its removed-items guidance says Player Support cannot restore items removed for the reasons described there. If the purchase was made through a third-party seller, contact that seller or platform.
