You can download a CSV of current member information in YouTube Studio, and view available Super Chat and Super Sticker activity there. YouTube’s public instructions do not document a general itemized CSV export of every Super Chat and membership payment for ordinary channels. For revenue totals and transaction counts, use Analytics; for finalized earnings, check AdSense for YouTube.
Choose the right YouTube report for the records you need

Download the current-member CSV
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- Open Earn > Memberships.
- Click the download control in the upper-right corner.
- Allow a few minutes for the export to finish. YouTube says you can close the window while it processes.
The CSV is a snapshot of current-member information. Memberships also shows member duration and the last update, expressed as days since joining, rejoining, upgrading, or downgrading. It should not be treated as an export of membership charges or each payment event. See YouTube’s channel memberships reporting help.
View Super Chat and Super Sticker activity
- On a computer, sign in to YouTube Studio.
- In the left menu, select Earn.
- Open the Supers tab.
- In “Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity,” select See all.
This is YouTube’s documented route to view available transaction information. The help page does not document a CSV export from this screen. For revenue reporting, YouTube directs creators to Analytics > Revenue > How you make money. See YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Sticker help.
Use Analytics for revenue and transaction counts
Memberships
Open Analytics > Revenue. The Transactions Revenue card reports the number of transactions for the selected period, described as new sign-ups or recurrences. For more detail, select How you make money > Memberships; YouTube says you can choose a custom period or filter by video format. To view gifted-membership reporting, select Memberships Type.

Go to Analytics > Revenue > How you make money. YouTube defines Transactions as the number of Supers transactions for the selected date range and area. Supers revenue is estimated revenue from Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks. These are reporting metrics; the documentation does not establish them as an itemized payment ledger or a downloadable CSV of individual payments. See YouTube’s revenue analytics help.

Know what the figures mean before reconciling them
Analytics revenue is estimated, may take two days to appear, and can be adjusted. Finalized earnings are shown in AdSense for YouTube; YouTube says finalized earnings for the previous month are generally added between the 7th and 12th. A Studio Analytics figure and a finalized earnings record therefore may differ because they are not the same type of record.
YouTube’s current help pages say creators receive 70% of confirmed Supers revenue after local sales tax and iOS App Store fees are deducted, and 70% of membership revenue after applicable taxes and fees. These payout terms do not turn the member CSV or Analytics metrics into an itemized record of creator payments. See the relevant Supers help, membership help, and revenue analytics help.
Content Manager reports are a separate option
YouTube Studio Content Manager has downloadable CSV reports for eligible partners who use that interface. Its Paid Features report includes Super Chat purchases and memberships. YouTube says these reports are generated automatically and remain available for 60 days. This is a restricted partner workflow, not a general export route for ordinary channel Studio accounts. If you need an itemized payment export
YouTube’s public instructions document the member snapshot, viewing Supers activity, and aggregate Analytics reporting—but not a general itemized CSV workflow for every Super Chat and membership payment on ordinary channels. The instructions do not establish whether an additional download control is available to some accounts. Check the current Studio interface or contact Creator Support if you need an itemized ledger.
Keep the record type clear when reconciling: the membership CSV describes current members, Supers activity is viewed in its own area, Analytics gives estimated period reporting, and AdSense for YouTube contains finalized earnings. Do not interpret any one of these as a substitute for another.
