When GoFullPage has finished capturing a webpage, open its result tab, right-click the screenshot, and select Copy Image. Then paste it into the app where you need it. GoFullPage also lists Ctrl+C for Windows and Command+C for Mac.
Copy a completed GoFullPage screenshot
- Open the webpage and activate GoFullPage from the browser toolbar. The Chrome Web Store listing also documents Alt+Shift+P as a shortcut to start a capture.
- Wait for the extension to scroll and finish. GoFullPage opens the completed capture in a new tab.
- In that result tab, right-click the screenshot and choose Copy Image. Alternatively, use Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac.
- Switch to the destination app and paste. Clipboard support can vary by receiving application; GoFullPage’s guide describes copying the image but does not guarantee behavior in every app.
The copy action applies to the completed screenshot, not the original webpage.
Copy one page of a very long capture
If GoFullPage splits a large capture into multiple image pages, right-click the page you want and use its page-level copy option. This lets you copy a particular image page rather than treating the full capture as one image.
If “Copy Image” or paste does not work
- You are still on the webpage: Start the capture and wait for GoFullPage’s result tab. The copy command is on the completed screenshot.
- You need only part of a split capture: Right-click the relevant image page and choose its copy option.
- The destination app does not accept the paste: Try pasting into another app that accepts images. The official instructions do not promise clipboard compatibility with every destination.
- The menu or shortcut differs: The copy instructions are from GoFullPage’s June 3, 2021 guide. Check the installed extension’s current context menu if its interface differs.
Install the official extension
GoFullPage announced on September 14, 2026 that its official extension had returned to the Chrome Web Store and was also available through official Edge and Firefox extensions. The announcement cautions users to install from official links because unofficial versions appeared while the Chrome extension was unavailable. It also says the beta may receive features before they are fully tested and recommends the official version for the most stable experience.
