To send Browse AI data to Google Sheets or Airtable, open the robot’s Integrate tab, enable the destination, authorize the account, choose a spreadsheet or base, configure the sync, and run a task to check that data arrives. Set up and test the robot first: connecting a destination does not create extracted data.
Before you connect a destination
Have a trained or approved Browse AI robot that has captured data. The account and access you need depend on the destination:
- Google Sheets: Have a Google account. You can create a spreadsheet during setup or select an existing one; for an existing file, the authorized Google account needs Edit access.
- Airtable: Have an Airtable account with permission to create and modify bases, and make sure the robot has completed at least one successful test run.
See Browse AI’s Google Sheets setup guide and Airtable integration guide for the documented prerequisites.
How to connect Browse AI to Google Sheets
- In the Browse AI dashboard, select the robot and open Integrate.
- Choose Google Sheets and enable syncing.
- In the authorized account controls, authorize the Google account you want Browse AI to use.
- Select an existing spreadsheet from Google Drive or create a new one. If you choose an existing spreadsheet, confirm the authorized account has Edit access.
- Choose which records to sync: changed or added data, only changed data, or only added data.
- Open the robot’s Overview tab and run the task.
- Open the spreadsheet and check for the captured data in a new worksheet tab.
Browse AI says each task run or monitoring check appends newly captured data to the Google Sheet. A new robot can also use a spreadsheet that is already integrated; its information goes into a fresh worksheet in that spreadsheet. See the official Google Sheets instructions.

Choose a Google Sheets sync filter
- Changed or added data: Sync records whose values differ from previous runs and records that were not present before.
- Only changed data: Sync records with values that differ from previous runs.
- Only added data: Sync records that were absent from previous runs.
Browse AI compares the latest extraction with previous runs to determine what changed or was added. The filter controls what gets synced; it does not change existing spreadsheet data. Sync updates follow the robot’s scheduled run frequency. See the guide to syncing only new or updated data.
How to connect Browse AI to Airtable
- In the Browse AI dashboard, select the robot and open Integrate.
- Choose the Airtable tile and enable syncing.
- Select Authorize New Account and complete authorization, or choose an account already connected.
- Select the Airtable base where the data should go.
- Map the robot’s captured fields to Airtable columns, review the configuration, and activate it.
- Run the task and check Airtable for the extracted text.
Once configured, Browse AI says data captured by a task run or monitoring check is automatically updated to Airtable. Consult the Airtable integration guide for the setup details.

Keep Airtable fields compatible
Browse AI’s documented Airtable sync uses multiline text fields, with a limit of 100,000 characters per field. Keep synced columns as multiline text; changing a synced field to another type, such as currency, can break the sync. The limit and field-type guidance appear in Browse AI’s Airtable guide.
Google Sheets or Airtable: which should you choose?
Both are supported destinations. Choose based on where you want to work with the captured data: Sheets for a spreadsheet with tabs and formulas, or Airtable for a base where you map extracted fields to columns. The practical setup differences are:
Rank #3
| Setup detail | Google Sheets | Airtable |
|---|---|---|
| Destination | Select an existing spreadsheet or create one. | Select a target base. |
| Permission to check | Edit access to an existing spreadsheet. | Permission to create and modify bases. |
| Field configuration | Choose a sync filter for changed or added data. | Map captured fields to columns. |
| Documented constraint | Check the correct worksheet tab; a new robot gets a fresh worksheet in an already integrated spreadsheet. | Synced fields should remain multiline text; the limit is 100,000 characters per field. |
| Verification | Run the task and check for data in a new worksheet. | Run the task and check that extracted text appears in the base. |
Troubleshooting missing or incomplete syncs
- No data in either destination: First check that the robot has completed a successful extraction. Then run a task after enabling the integration and verify the destination again; the connection alone does not supply data.
- Google Sheet stays empty: Confirm the correct spreadsheet and worksheet, that the authorized account can edit an existing file, and that syncing is enabled. Rerun the task after the integration is established. If this is a new robot using an already integrated spreadsheet, look for its data in a fresh worksheet tab.
- Expected Google records do not sync: Review the selected filter. “Only changed data” and “Only added data” omit records that do not meet those conditions based on comparison with previous runs.
- Airtable receives no data: Confirm the extraction succeeded, the correct base is selected, the account can create or modify bases, and syncing is active.
- Airtable sync breaks after schema changes: Check that synced columns are still multiline text fields and that each field’s value is within the documented 100,000-character limit.
These checks reflect the troubleshooting guidance in Browse AI’s Sheets guide and Airtable guide.

curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo documentation for setup and options. It removes cookie banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are never billed; and an MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card, and paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.
