What counts as claiming a MONOPOLY GO reward?
MONOPOLY GO separates making progress from collecting the resulting payout. Landing on a milestone, finishing an objective, or earning enough points can make a reward eligible without transferring it to your account automatically. The final step is the in-game claim control. In Quick Wins, the official instructions specifically say: “When completing a task, press “Tap to Claim!” to earn points towards the weekly prize bar located at the bottom of the Quick Wins page.”
This distinction explains many apparent missing-reward reports. A task may show as completed while its points or prize remain waiting for a tap. A reward can also be unavailable because the event window ended, the daily reset occurred, the game is connected to a different account, or the client has not synchronized correctly.

- Open the current activity. From the MONOPOLY GO home screen, open the visible event, tournament, or Quick Wins panel. The names, icons, and locations can change with live events and app updates, so use the panel currently shown in your game rather than an old screenshot or milestone list.
- Read the objective or milestone. Confirm what must be done and how progress is measured. Some activities use points, while Quick Wins uses individual tasks that advance a weekly prize bar.
- Complete the requirement. Finish the listed task or reach the displayed threshold. Allow the game a moment to register the result, particularly if the activity was completed during a connection interruption.
- Press “Tap to Claim!” When the claim control appears, tap it once and wait for the confirmation animation or the panel to update. Completing the task without using this control is not the same as collecting the reward.
- Verify the destination. Check the balance or inventory that should have changed: dice in the dice counter, cash in the cash balance, stickers in the album, or points and prize-bar position in the event panel. If the item is a temporary boost or another event-specific benefit, look for its indicator in the same activity screen.
Do not rely on a fixed milestone chart copied from an earlier event. Thresholds, event names, and reward contents are live and can vary. The panel in your current game is the authoritative description of what you have earned.

Quick Wins: the timing and claim rules
Three tasks in each 24-hour period
The official Quick Wins guidance describes three tasks during a 24-hour period. Each completed task contributes to the weekly prize bar only after you use its claim control. If one task appears to be missing, inspect the task list and the bar rather than assuming the game has already awarded the point.
The daily reset is 1pm UTC
Quick Wins resets daily at 1pm UTC. A task left incomplete before that reset belongs to the previous period. The official guidance warns that missing a day can explain a missing point on the weekly bar. Convert 1pm UTC to your local time and check the panel after the reset if a new set of tasks has not appeared.
What to check around a reset
- Record the task state and weekly-bar position before 1pm UTC if you are close to a prize.
- After the reset, close and reopen the Quick Wins panel so the new task set can load.
- Confirm that the point you expected was actually claimed before the old period ended.
- Do not assume that an unfinished or unclaimed task carries into the next 24-hour period.
Why a milestone payout can look missing

Fix a missing in-game milestone reward
1. Reopen the activity and look for the claim state
Return to the exact event, tournament, or Quick Wins page where the objective was completed. Scroll through the milestone track if necessary. A completed requirement may still show a claim button, while a prize that has already been collected should show a changed state or an updated progress bar. Tap the control once; repeated taps do not create extra copies of a reward.
2. Restart MONOPOLY GO
Close the game fully, remove it from the recent-apps view if your device provides that option, and launch it again. Reopen the activity and check the balance or inventory. Restarting is the first troubleshooting measure identified for temporary reward and link problems because it forces the client to reload its current session.
3. Confirm the intended account
Check the account or connected sign-in shown by MONOPOLY GO. An account mismatch can make a legitimate reward appear absent because the progress and inventory belong to a different profile. If you play on more than one device, compare the account identity and the event progress on each device before attempting the task again.

4. Update the app
Check your device’s app store for a MONOPOLY GO update and install it if one is available. Features and reward panels can move, be temporarily disabled, or require a connected account after an update. Relaunch the game after updating and inspect the current event panel rather than following an older navigation path.
5. Retry after the relevant time boundary
For Quick Wins, check again after the 1pm UTC daily reset. For a limited event, verify that the activity is still active. If the event has ended, the old milestone track may no longer be available in the client, so capture the information you have and proceed to support rather than repeatedly attempting an obsolete claim.
6. Check every likely destination
- Dice rewards normally appear in the dice counter.
- Cash rewards appear in the cash balance.
- Sticker rewards appear in the sticker album or inventory.
- Quick Wins points appear on the weekly prize bar.

7. Escalate to Scopely support
If the reward remains absent after the checks above, use MONOPOLY GO support through Scopely’s official support route. Scopely is the developer and support authority for MONOPOLY GO. Support cannot diagnose an account from a vague statement such as “my prize is gone,” so provide a concise record of the transaction.
What to include in a support request
- Event identification: the event, tournament, or Quick Wins activity name as displayed in the game.
- Milestone or task: the threshold reached, the task text, and the reward you expected.
- Timing: the approximate date and time, including your time zone if useful, and whether it was before or after a reset.
- Device and platform: phone or tablet model and the operating-system platform.
- Account information: the account identifier requested by support, without posting passwords or private payment details.
- Evidence: screenshots of the completed objective, milestone track, claim state, error message, balance, or sticker inventory. Keep the original files so their timestamps and context remain available.
- Steps already tried: say that you restarted the game, checked the account, updated the app, and retried the activity, if those actions apply.
Describe one missing payout per report when possible. A short timeline helps support distinguish an unclaimed task from a synchronization or account problem. Do not promise that support will restore a reward; the outcome depends on the account records and the circumstances of the case.

Use official channels
The official MONOPOLY GO website provides a reward-code form, and Scopely has published promotional reward links. These are separate from the milestone claim control inside an event. A link may open a redemption flow rather than adding an event prize directly to the milestone track.

Why a link may not pay out
Independent MOGO Support troubleshooting identifies several possible explanations: the link may be expired, already claimed, disabled by Scopely, ineligible for the account, or affected by a temporary issue. A third-party tracker does not control the reward or have authority to correct an in-game account. If a link appears valid but the reward is missing, use the same restart, account, update, and retry checks, then contact Scopely for the account-specific problem.

- Is the activity still visible? If yes, open it and inspect the claim state. If no, note that it ended or reset and gather evidence for support.
- Is a claim control present? Press “Tap to Claim!” and verify the destination balance. If no control appears, continue.
- Did Quick Wins reset? If the issue is a daily task, compare the time with 1pm UTC and check the new task set after reopening the panel.
- Is the correct account connected? If not, sign in to the intended profile and recheck. If yes, continue.
- Is the app current? Install an available update and relaunch. If the problem remains, continue.
- Could it be a temporary sync issue? Restart, retry once, and inspect the balance or inventory directly.
- Still missing? Contact Scopely support with a complete event, device, timing, account, and evidence record.
Preventing future missed payouts
