Rocket Raccoon’s Trash King is a free Epic costume earned through the limited-time All Hallows’ Glow event in Marvel Rivals. Open the event page, finish the missions shown there, claim the costume reward, then equip it from Rocket Raccoon’s costume list in Hero Gallery.
The event is scheduled to run from October 15, 2026 at 09:00 UTC until November 13, 2026 at 09:00 UTC. Completing missions and equipping the costume are separate actions: finishing objectives makes the reward available, but you still have to collect it and select Equip in Hero Gallery.
What you need to do
The complete process has three stages:
- Open the All Hallows’ Glow event panel and complete the missions displayed by the live event interface.
- Return to the event reward track and collect Trash King when the reward becomes available.
- Open Hero Gallery, select Rocket Raccoon, open Costumes, choose Trash King, and press Equip.
Trash King is not a Store purchase. NetEase’s Marvel Rivals Version 20261015 patch notes describe it as a free costume earned by completing event missions. The event interface is the authority for your current progress, mission requirements, and reward state.

Convert the UTC deadline to your own time zone before starting the last mission. The cutoff is an exact timestamp, not simply the end of the calendar day in every region. Allow time to finish objectives, return to the reward track, and claim the costume before the event closes.

NetEase has not promised a rerun or an alternate way to obtain Trash King after the event. Treat November 13 at 09:00 UTC as the practical acquisition deadline. A later return would require a new official announcement; it is not guaranteed by the original patch notes.
How to find the All Hallows’ Glow event
1. Update and launch the game
Install the current Marvel Rivals update before looking for the event. The reward is tied to the live event version, so an outdated client may not display the correct panel or mission state. Once the game reaches its main menu, look for the event entry labelled All Hallows’ Glow.
2. Open the event page
Select the All Hallows’ Glow panel from the main menu. Read the reward track before playing so you know where Trash King appears and whether the interface shows any prerequisite rewards or progress milestones. The precise placement of the panel can vary with platform or later menu changes, but the event name is the important identifier.
3. Read every mission exactly as displayed
The official notes confirm that event missions award Trash King, but they do not publish the individual mission list. Do not rely on a generic checklist from an older season or another event. Use the objectives currently shown in your own event panel, including any mode, match, character, or completion wording.
If the event page separates active, completed, and locked objectives, check all three areas. A locked entry may require another event milestone first; a completed entry may still need to be collected manually. The live UI is more authoritative than a guide written before the event launched.

Completing the event missions
Play the modes named by the event UI
Complete objectives in normal matches or in whatever modes the live event page specifies. The patch notes establish the mission-based reward, not a universal mode restriction. If an objective names a particular mode, queue for that mode rather than assuming every match counts.
Check progress after matches
After each relevant match, reopen All Hallows’ Glow and verify that the counter changed. This separates a genuine tracking issue from an objective that has not yet been satisfied. Read the full condition, because a mission can require a particular action rather than simply finishing a match.

Do not confuse mission completion with reward collection
A completed objective means the requirement has been met; it does not necessarily mean the costume has been added to your account. Continue through the reward track until the Trash King entry is marked available. If the page presents a Claim control, select it and wait for the game to acknowledge the reward.
Keep a record of what remains
When several missions are active, note the remaining objective text and progress counters before leaving the event page. This is especially useful near the deadline, when you need to know whether you have completed the missions themselves or only collected an earlier reward on the track.
How to claim Trash King after finishing the missions
- Return to the All Hallows’ Glow event page after the final required mission registers as complete.
- Move to the reward entry for Rocket Raccoon’s Trash King costume.
- Select the available reward action. The interface may use Claim or a similar label, and wording can vary by platform or patch.
- Wait for the confirmation or for the reward entry to change to its collected state.
- Only after the reward is credited, leave the event page and open Hero Gallery.
Do not close the game immediately after completing a mission if the reward still appears uncollected. Return to the event track and verify the state first. Claiming is the account-credit step; equipping is handled elsewhere.

How to equip the Trash King costume
Use Hero Gallery
- Open Hero Gallery from the main menu.
- Select Rocket Raccoon from the hero roster.
- Open the Costumes section for Rocket Raccoon.
- Choose Trash King from the costume entries.
- Press Equip.
The documented costume workflow places the acquire or equip control on the costume entry in Hero Gallery or Store. Because Trash King is earned through the event, Hero Gallery should show it as owned after you claim it. If the entry is visible but not selected, highlighting it is not enough; use the explicit Equip control.

After pressing Equip, remain on Rocket Raccoon’s costume screen long enough for the selection to update. The costume entry should show the equipped state or otherwise indicate that it is active. You can then leave Hero Gallery and use Rocket Raccoon in a match to verify the appearance.
Equipping Trash King does not require replaying the event missions. Once the costume is credited to your account, the event page and Hero Gallery serve different purposes: the event page records the earning action, while Hero Gallery controls which owned costume is active.

RivalsHeroes classifies the costume as Epic and lists a matching spray and nameplate. The event reward described by NetEase is the costume itself; do not assume that every matching cosmetic is automatically granted unless your in-game reward track explicitly shows it.
Why the costume may not appear immediately
The mission is complete, but the reward is still unclaimed
Reopen All Hallows’ Glow and inspect the reward entry. If it still offers a claim action, collect it before checking Hero Gallery. A completed mission and a credited costume are different states.

The event page has not refreshed
Leave the event panel and open it again. If Trash King remains absent after the reward is claimed, restart the game and revisit Hero Gallery. This refresh step is a practical recovery measure; it does not replace the claim action.
You are looking at the wrong hero
Trash King belongs to Rocket Raccoon. In Hero Gallery, select Rocket Raccoon first, then open that hero’s Costumes list. Searching another hero’s cosmetics will not show the entry.
The entry is visible but still locked
Return to the event reward track and confirm that all required missions and any intervening reward steps are complete. Do not treat a preview or locked costume tile as proof that the account owns it.
The event has ended
If the current time is after November 13, 2026 at 09:00 UTC and you did not claim Trash King, the original event notes provide no guaranteed post-event route. Check only for a later official NetEase announcement; do not assume the costume has moved to the Store or another reward system.
A deadline-safe claiming routine

- Convert November 13, 2026 at 09:00 UTC to your local time and set a reminder well before it.
- Open All Hallows’ Glow and write down the exact remaining mission conditions.
- Complete one objective at a time, checking the event page after each relevant match.
- When the Trash King reward becomes available, select the claim control immediately rather than postponing it.
- Open Hero Gallery → Rocket Raccoon → Costumes and equip Trash King before leaving the game.
- Recheck the costume entry so you know the reward was both credited and equipped.
This order minimizes the risk of finishing a mission but forgetting the separate collection step. It also gives you a clear point at which to troubleshoot if the costume is not listed.
What is known—and not known—about availability after the event
The announced event window is the only supported earning period in the available official information. The notes do not promise a rerun, a Store listing, a battle-pass replacement, or a Twitch Drop after the event. Those possibilities should not be treated as current acquisition methods.
If NetEase later announces a rerun or another route, that announcement may change the answer. Until then, the reliable plan is to complete All Hallows’ Glow missions and claim the reward before the published end time.

This wording establishes both the price and the route: the costume is free when earned through the event missions, rather than a costume that must be purchased with Store currency.
