GIGABYTE lists the AORUS GeForce RTX 5060 ARI 8G (model GV-N5060AORUS ARI-8GD) at 329 × 128 × 40 mm. To check whether it fits, compare those dimensions with the GPU clearance for your exact case and confirm that the power plug, cable, and nearby components have room. Because no case model is specified, there is no universal yes-or-no fit verdict.
What dimensions should you compare?
GIGABYTE publishes the card’s length, width, and height as L=329 mm, W=128 mm, and H=40 mm on its official specifications page. These measurements describe the card, not the space available in your case.
- Length: Compare 329 mm with the case manufacturer’s maximum GPU length for your exact case and configuration.
- Width and height: Check the listed 128 mm width and 40 mm height against the space around the PCIe expansion area, including structures or components that could obstruct the card.
GIGABYTE does not publish a universal case-fit result or a separate extra-clearance margin on that specifications page. The case’s published clearance and installed layout determine whether the card will fit.
How to check fit in your specific case
- Identify the exact case and configuration. Find the case manufacturer’s GPU-clearance specification in its product documentation. Use the figure for your exact case model and configuration.
- Compare the maximum GPU length. Check whether the published limit accommodates a 329 mm card. If the documentation is unclear about how the limit is measured, consult the case documentation or measure the usable space in the installed configuration.
- Check space around the expansion area. Assess the card’s 128 mm width and 40 mm height against nearby case structures and installed components; a length-only comparison cannot account for every obstruction.
- Allow room for the power connection. Inspect where the card’s 8-pin connector sits and how its cable will route once connected. Confirm that the cable and plug will clear the side panel and nearby components.
- Verify the PSU separately. GIGABYTE recommends a 550 W PSU and specifies one 8-pin power connector. Confirm that your PSU meets the recommendation and has the required connection; these power checks do not establish physical case fit.
Why a published clearance number may not settle it
A maximum GPU-length figure is useful, but it does not by itself confirm that the card and its connected power cable clear every obstruction in your actual build. Case layout and installed components matter, as does the space needed to connect and route the cable. If the case specification does not make those clearances explicit, check the case documentation or measure the available space before buying or installing the card.
