For an existing Smart Postpaid customer, the most direct eligibility check is Smart’s online renewal flow: enter your Smart mobile number, verify it with the OTP, and review the account status shown. Smart’s checklist says you must have no outstanding balance, no ongoing renewal application, and be out of contract; if your current plan includes a device, its full payment must be completed before you apply. Smart’s iPhone 18 Pro page lists pre-order dates of October 2–15, 2026, but inventory, available payment choices, and account eligibility can vary by selection and customer.
Check eligibility if you already have Smart Postpaid
- Open Smart’s renewal page.
- Enter your Smart mobile number and complete the OTP verification Smart sends.
- Review the eligibility result for your account. Smart’s renewal checklist requires that you have no outstanding balance, no ongoing renewal application, and that your contract has ended.
- If your current plan includes a device, settle its full remaining payment before applying for renewal or upgrade, as Smart requires.
Smart’s renewal checklist is a practical starting point, not a guarantee of approval for every device configuration. Smart’s iPhone 18 Pro configuration view also displayed outstanding balance, active contract, and pending renewal application as possible blockers. These are account-specific notices; check what the live page shows for your number and chosen configuration.
What new applicants should verify
Smart’s iPhone 18 Pro listing presents the phone with All-New Postpaid Plans+ and an Apply Now route. Smart’s product page and general plan listing do not provide a complete, device-specific checklist of documents or underwriting criteria for new applicants. The general plan page says a Smart representative may contact applicants, but it does not establish an approval outcome.
Do not assume that terms from a different handset campaign apply to this pre-order. For example, an official Smart FAQ covering another phone campaign is not evidence of the iPhone 18 Pro’s current down payment or document requirements. Confirm those details on the live application or with Smart before applying.

Pre-order dates, price, and listed benefits
Smart’s iPhone 18 Pro listing states a pre-order window of October 2–15, 2026, and a starting price of ₱50,400. It also advertises 18GB of open-access data valid for three months, a voucher for selected Smart accessories, and an AirTag for each successful application through the online store. Check the page’s current terms and successful-application conditions; the offer is time-limited and does not establish that every account or configuration qualifies.
Keep the phone price distinct from the recurring service plan fee and any device charge added to a bill. One listed plan example is Smart’s All-New Plans+ 1499 at ₱1,499 per month. Smart lists 40GB of data, unlimited 5G data for 12 months subject to terms and availability in 5G coverage areas with a Smart 5G phone, unlimited AllNet calls and texts, and unlimited landline calls excluding special numbers. This is a plan example, not proof that the iPhone 18 Pro requires that plan.

Payment options Smart lists for the iPhone 18 Pro
Smart’s product page lists these checkout methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB
- Maya and GCash
- QRPH through other banks and wallets
Separately, Smart says the phone may be available as a device add-on with either a one-time cash-out payment or Charge-to-Bill. Those are device-add-on options, not a promise that every checkout method or billing arrangement will be offered for every account, model, storage size, or plan.

Smart’s Postpaid bill-payment help page describes ways to settle bills that have already been issued, including the Smart App and mySmart Web. Its Smart App instructions mention Maya or a debit or credit card. These bill-payment channels are separate from the payment methods Smart lists for purchasing the iPhone 18 Pro and should not be used to infer checkout options.

What to compare before applying
- Application path: renewal or upgrade as an existing Postpaid customer, versus a new Postpaid application.
- Account readiness: balance status, contract end date, pending renewal applications, and any remaining payment for a device on your current plan.
- Total cost: handset price, recurring plan fee, and any device charge or payment plan presented in your specific configuration.
- Payment timing: checkout methods shown for your order, or one-time cash-out versus Charge-to-Bill if offered as a device add-on.
- Offer and stock: selected model and storage availability, the October 2–15, 2026 pre-order window, and the conditions attached to listed benefits.
Smart’s product page advertises the pre-order while a configuration view accessed for this article showed the selected item out of stock and no payment plan for that selection. These are page states, not proof that all iPhone 18 Pro configurations or accounts are unavailable. Check the live store with your chosen configuration and account.
