Configure Urlbox to render a page as PDF
Urlbox’s PDF rendering guide documents PDF output from a URL or HTML input. Set the output format to pdf and provide the page source. The exact request syntax depends on how you call Urlbox; consult its current documentation for the request form and required authentication.
Keep your Urlbox project secret on a server you control. Do not publish a secret in a browser-facing URL, source code, or shared link: anyone who obtains a credential-bearing request may be able to use that credential.
Choose pagination, page range and paper size
By default, Urlbox renders PDF output across multiple pages. This usually keeps text at a more usable size. The pdf_page_range option selects the pages to include; pdf_page_size sets the paper size. The options reference lists A-series sizes and common choices such as Letter and Legal.

Select the print or screen stylesheet
Urlbox uses a page’s print stylesheet for PDF output by default. A print stylesheet may hide navigation, alter spacing, or omit elements compared with the normal on-screen page. If you need the regular stylesheet instead, Urlbox documents media: "screen" as the setting for screen media. Compare the PDF with the page view you intend to preserve; neither layout is guaranteed to show identical content.

Wait for the page content before rendering
A page can still be loading or updating when a screenshot or PDF render is taken. Urlbox documents these readiness controls in its options reference:
wait_untilcan wait for events such asdomloaded,loaded,requestsfinished, ormostrequestsfinished.wait_forcan wait for a specified DOM element.delaycan wait for a specified number of milliseconds.
Choose a readiness condition that corresponds to the content you need, then open the PDF and check that content is present and legible. These settings affect render timing; they do not establish that protected GST portal content will be available to Urlbox.

Can Urlbox capture a GST page that requires login?
That is not established by Urlbox’s public PDF and render-options documentation. Those documents describe rendering a URL or HTML, but do not verify that a URL-only request can use your authenticated GST portal session. Do not assume Urlbox inherits a session from your browser, and do not send GST credentials or session cookies through an unverified third-party workflow.
If the page is available only after signing in and the request cannot reach it, use an approved method to obtain or save the page, or contact GSTN through its official support route. A historical 2018 GSTN user manual mentions PDF attachments for Self Service Portal complaints, but that is support-portal documentation—not evidence about current GST login behavior or Urlbox compatibility: 2018 GST Self Service Portal user manual.

Report a GST portal issue through GSTN
GSTN’s Self Service Portal is an official route for taxpayers and other stakeholders to raise portal issues. On the Report Issue / Complaint page, search for the issue using keywords and review the FAQs. If those do not resolve it, the portal provides a complaint-lodging process and a reference number for checking status. GSTN says screenshots can help explain an issue.
