Choose the delivery option first, wait until the product page visibly shows it, then take a screenshot and check that the image shows both the product identity and the selected delivery detail. The exact selection steps depend on the retailer, region, account, and page; there is no universal control flow.
Prepare the page so the screenshot proves what you selected
- Open the product page in the browser or app where the delivery option is available.
- Set the destination or delivery option you intend to document. Wait for the page to update, then confirm the selected option or delivery wording is visible on the page itself.
- Arrange the product title and delivery detail in the same visible area if both remain readable. If they will not fit, take separate overlapping screenshots so the product and selection can still be understood together.
- Capture the screen using the instructions for your device below.
- Open the saved image and check that the product, selected delivery detail, and any necessary context are legible. Crop or redact unrelated account details, addresses, tabs, or notifications before sharing.
A screenshot records the displayed state at capture time. It does not establish that a delivery option will remain selected later.
Take a screenshot on a phone or tablet
Android
Open the product page and press Power and Volume Down together. To capture content below the screen, take the normal screenshot and, if offered, tap Capture more and adjust the crop guides. Google says scrolling capture works on Android 12 and up on most screens that allow scrolling (Google Android Help). The feature may not be available on every screen, and device makers can use different controls or labels.
iPhone
On an iPhone with Face ID, press the Side button and Volume Up together. On an iPhone with a Home button, press Side and Home. For a long webpage in Safari, take a screenshot, tap Full Page, inspect or crop the result, then save it to Photos or as a PDF in Files. Apple describes this for content such as an entire webpage in Safari, but full-page capture depends on the content and context (Apple Support).

Amazon Silk on Fire tablets
In Silk, scroll the page or request the mobile or desktop site layout, choosing the one that makes the selected delivery wording easiest to read. Amazon’s cited Silk help explains scrolling and requesting a site layout, but does not specify a screenshot shortcut. Use the controls documented for your Fire tablet and software version (Amazon Silk Help).
Capture a product page on a computer
Use the screenshot command provided by the operating system or browser on your computer, then open the saved image and verify its contents. The available command depends on the machine and browser; there is no single cross-browser shortcut established here. For a one-time capture, you do not need a third-party screenshot service.

When to use a full-page or separate capture
- Use a normal screenshot when the product identity and selected delivery detail fit on screen and are readable.
- Use extended capture when the relevant content is below the viewport and your device, app, and page offer a scrolling or full-page option. Inspect the result, since it may include extra page content.
- Use overlapping screenshots when extended capture is unavailable or makes the text too small. Include a shared heading or other visible context between images, and keep the product identity and selection readable.
Before sharing, consider whether the screenshot exposes an address, account information, browser tabs, or notifications that are not needed to show the selection.
Or skip the browser setup
For repeated or automated webpage captures, ScreenshotNeo can return an image or PDF from one request. Its capture options include viewport or full-page screenshots; it is a developer tool rather than a required step for a personal, one-time screenshot. See the ScreenshotNeo website and API documentation.

The product and delivery detail will not fit together
Try a different supported page layout or use extended capture if available. If the result is hard to read, take two overlapping screenshots instead of shrinking the content.
The full-page or scrolling option is absent
Extended capture is conditional: Android scrolling capture applies to Android 12 and up on most scrollable screens, while Apple’s Full Page option is described for content such as Safari webpages. Use a normal capture or overlapping images if the option is not offered.
