Open the website in your JioPhone Next browser, position the content you want on screen, then press Power and Volume down at the same time. This is Google’s standard Android screenshot method. Jio identifies the phone as an Android-optimized Pragati OS device, but its product page does not document a screenshot shortcut, so treat this as the best-supported method—not a Jio-confirmed procedure.
Take a screenshot of the website
- Open the website in the phone’s browser and wait for the part you want to appear.
- Press Power and Volume down together, then release them.
- Look for the screenshot preview. If it appears, the image has been captured.
Google documents this button combination for Android devices generally. Jio’s official page describes Pragati OS as “An optimised version of Android, tailored to deliver a delightful experience to Indian users,” but does not specify the screenshot controls for each software build. JioPhone Next product information and Jio’s launch release provide device and OS context, not button-by-button screenshot instructions.
Find the saved screenshot
Check the phone’s Photos app at Photos → Collections → On this device → Screenshots. If Photos is not installed, look in Gallery → Albums → Screenshots. These are Google’s general Android file-location instructions; labels can differ with the apps and software on the phone.
Capture a long website page
Android supports scrolling screenshots on Android 12 and later on most screens that allow scrolling. After taking the first screenshot, look for Capture more in the preview and follow the on-screen controls if it is available. Jio’s published product information does not establish which Android version is currently on a particular JioPhone Next or whether its build exposes this option, so it may not appear.

If the screenshot shortcut does not work
- Try the Power menu: Hold the Power button for a few seconds and tap Screenshot if that option appears. Google lists this as a general Android fallback; availability depends on software configuration.
- Check the timing: Press Power and Volume down together rather than holding one and pressing the other later. If the display turns off or the volume changes instead, retry with both buttons pressed at the same time.
- Check the Screenshots folder: A missing preview does not by itself establish that no file was saved. Look in the Photos or Gallery location above.
- For a full page, check for Capture more: It is conditional on Android version and screen support, so its absence does not mean the ordinary screenshot shortcut failed.
