To capture an entire webpage in Chrome on macOS, open DevTools, turn on the Device Toolbar, then choose More options → Capture a full size screenshot. Chrome captures content beyond the visible window as well as the viewport.
Capture the whole page in Chrome

Open the webpage you want to capture in Chrome.

Open DevTools: choose View → Developer → Developer Tools, or press Option+Command+I.

In DevTools, turn on the Toggle device toolbar control if it is not already visible. The toolbar switches the page into device-mode emulation.

In the Device Toolbar, open More options and select Capture a full size screenshot.

Chrome’s documented command captures the whole page, including content that is not visible in the viewport. The exact file save location can depend on your installed Chrome build; check the download prompt or your Downloads folder if you do not see the image immediately. Confirm that the Device Toolbar is enabled; the full-size command is in its More options menu.

Do not confuse Capture a full size screenshot with Capture screenshot, which captures the visible viewport rather than the entire page.

The Command Menu opens with Command+Shift+P on macOS and can surface DevTools actions. Chrome documents that menu and shortcut, but its full-page capture instructions specify the Device Toolbar menu as the direct route. Chrome DevTools: Run commands in the Command Menu
