You can automate this workflow by sending a Zoho Forms submission to Pabbly Connect, then mapping the submitted website URL into a screenshot action. The flow is: Zoho Forms submission → Pabbly Connect trigger → website screenshot action → optional storage or notification. The services document the necessary building blocks, but not a complete, tested recipe for every account configuration, so verify the field mapping and output in your own workflow.

What you need before setting up the workflow

  • A Zoho Form with a field for the page to capture. Label it clearly, such as “Website URL to capture.”
  • A Pabbly Connect workflow using either the Zoho Forms new-submission trigger or a Pabbly webhook trigger.
  • A screenshot action available to your Pabbly account through an HTML-to-image integration.
  • An optional downstream action for storing the image or notifying someone. Check the fields available in your account; the integration listings do not specify a universal file-delivery handoff for this exact combination.

Ask respondents for a complete, publicly reachable URL, including the protocol, such as https://example.com. That is a practical input check, not a documented Zoho requirement. A submitted URL alone does not guarantee that a screenshot service can access a private, authenticated, or blocked page.

Choose how Zoho Forms sends submissions to Pabbly

Use Pabbly Connect’s Zoho Forms trigger

Pabbly lists a Zoho Forms trigger called “New Form Submitted.” This is the direct option to try when you want the workflow to start from a Zoho Forms submission. Confirm during setup that the trigger data exposes the URL field you need to map.

Send a Zoho Forms webhook to Pabbly

Alternatively, configure Zoho Forms to send submission data to a Pabbly webhook URL. Zoho describes webhook requests as HTTP POST and lets you choose content type, authorization, payload parameters, URL parameters, and custom headers. Zoho’s help documentation says: “With Zoho Forms, you can send a form submission to a URL or a third party web application of your choice as soon as a form entry is received.” Zoho Forms: Configuring a Webhook.

Logitech Brio 101 Full HD 1080p Webcam for Streaming and Meetings - Black
  • Compatible with Nintendo Switch 2’s new GameChat mode
  • Auto-Light Balance: RightLight boosts brightness by up to 50%, reducing shadows so you look your best—compared to previous-generation Logitech webcams (1)
  • Privacy with a Slide: The integrated webcam cover makes it easy to get total, reliable privacy when you're not on a video call
  • Built-In Mic: The built-in microphone lets others hear you clearly during video calls
  • Easy Plug-And-Play: The Brio 101 works with most video calling platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet—no hassle; it just works

The trigger choice comes down to setup convenience versus control: the built-in trigger is a straightforward starting point, while a webhook lets you configure request details in Zoho. The available documentation confirms both approaches but does not provide a complete feature-by-feature comparison.

Build the Zoho Forms-to-Pabbly screenshot workflow

  1. Add the URL field in Zoho Forms. Create a field such as “Website URL to capture.” If possible, guide respondents to enter a full URL with https:// or http://.
  2. Create a workflow in Pabbly Connect. Select Zoho Forms and the “New Form Submitted” trigger, or choose a webhook trigger if you plan to send data directly from Zoho Forms. Pabbly lists both Zoho Forms and webhook-trigger building blocks. Pabbly Connect’s Zoho Forms integration.
  3. Configure the trigger. For the built-in trigger, follow the connection prompts in your Pabbly account. For a webhook, copy the webhook URL from Pabbly, then in Zoho Forms open Integrations > Developer & Automation > Webhooks and configure the destination URL.
  4. Choose the webhook request format and payload. Zoho supports application/json, application/x-www-form-urlencoded, and multipart/form-data. Add the website URL field as a payload parameter by choosing a parameter name and its corresponding form field. Select a format that works with the trigger and data you need; the documentation does not establish a definitive format-to-Pabbly mapping for every account.
  5. Submit a sample form entry. Inspect the trigger data in Pabbly and locate the submitted URL. This confirms whether the field arrived under the expected name before you build the screenshot step.
  6. Add the screenshot action. Pabbly’s HTML to Image + API listing names an action “Capture Website Screenshot” and describes capturing a website or webpage from a URL. Add that action and map the URL from the Zoho trigger data into its URL input. Pabbly HTML to Image integration.
  7. Decide what to do with the result. Add a suitable downstream Pabbly action for your storage or notification destination if one is available. The listings establish screenshot actions, not a specific output-file handoff for this exact workflow; check the action’s output fields in your account before choosing the next step.
  8. Test, then enable the workflow. Submit another form entry and inspect the submitted URL, screenshot action result, and downstream output. Turn on the workflow only after those values behave as intended, then monitor real submissions.

Webhook formats and form-specific caveats

Zoho content type Zoho documentation caveat What to check
application/json File attachments are excluded. Confirm Pabbly receives the URL field in the expected payload structure.
application/x-www-form-urlencoded Form attachments and subform data are excluded. Check whether the trigger exposes the submitted URL as a mappable field.
multipart/form-data Subform data is excluded. Verify the trigger can read the URL field and any other required values.

If the Zoho form collects payments, Zoho notes that payment status and submission can be asynchronous. That may affect when payment-related fields are available; it is not normally relevant to a basic URL-to-screenshot flow.

Which Pabbly screenshot action should you use?

Pabbly also lists “Get Screenshot from URL” in an HTML/CSS to Image integration. Both listed actions describe taking a screenshot from a website URL, but the listings do not establish that their inputs, output handling, or service limits are identical. Use the action available to your account and inspect its actual fields before mapping the workflow. Pabbly HTML/CSS to Image integration.

Troubleshoot common setup problems

The trigger runs, but the URL field is missing

  • Check that the URL field is included among Zoho’s webhook payload parameters, if you are using a webhook.
  • Submit a fresh sample entry after changing the payload, then refresh or retest the trigger data in Pabbly.
  • For a built-in Zoho Forms trigger, inspect the captured submission fields and map the field that actually contains the URL.

Pabbly receives data but the screenshot action has no usable URL

  • Map the submitted URL value itself, not a label or unrelated form field.
  • Ensure the response contains a complete URL, including https:// or http://.
  • Check the action’s required input fields in your account. The integration listing does not document every screenshot-action parameter.

The action cannot capture the submitted page

  • Open the URL in a normal browser to check that it resolves and is publicly reachable.
  • Private, login-protected, or blocked pages may require access features supported by the screenshot provider; neither Pabbly listing defines authenticated-page behavior.
  • Check the screenshot action’s result or error details in Pabbly before changing the trigger.

A webhook is not triggering as expected

  • Confirm the webhook destination URL in Zoho matches the URL generated by your Pabbly workflow.
  • Check the selected request format, authorization, and custom headers against the configuration expected by the trigger.
  • Send a new test submission after each change so you can identify which configuration fixed the issue.

The image is not appearing in storage or a notification

Check the screenshot action’s output fields and the next action’s accepted inputs. The published integration listings do not establish a standard file handoff for this exact workflow, so the available result format and mapping need to be verified in your account.

Reliability and operating considerations

  • Validate inputs: Request a complete URL and, where practical, reject obvious non-URL entries before they enter the workflow.
  • Test access: A submitted address does not prove that the screenshot service can reach the page. Verify private or restricted destinations separately.
  • Inspect each handoff: Confirm the URL arrives at the trigger, the screenshot action returns a result, and the downstream action receives the right output.
  • Plan around account behavior: The reviewed listings do not establish current prices, task limits, output formats, or delivery guarantees for this particular integration path. Check the live action and account details before relying on it for high-volume or time-sensitive work.
