The listing does not specify the conditions used to arrive at the range figures. Treat them as manufacturer claims, not a promise that every rider will get that distance: the cited pages do not establish range for a particular rider, route, load, terrain or riding pattern. For a practical decision, compare the claimed distance with your full round trip and consider whether you can charge at your destination. A test ride can also show whether the bicycle’s fit and assistance suit your route, but it will not establish a reliable full-charge range for your own use.

Verify the drivetrain before comparing it with another cycle
The gearing description is inconsistent across Hero Lectro’s own pages. The Y3+ product page lists single-speed gearing, and the technical table on the feature page also says single speed. However, the feature page’s heading and promotional text describe a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain; the Y3 Series collection also describes the Y3+ as having 7-speed Shimano gears. Ask the seller to confirm the actual configuration of the specific cycle being sold, ideally in writing or on the invoice. This matters if you need multiple gears for hills or want a direct comparison with a single-speed bicycle.

Hero Lectro’s Y3+ feature page lists two years of warranty on the motor and battery, one year on electrical components, and six months on wear-and-tear parts. It also states that easy returns are available within seven days of delivery.
