If Gundam Blitz Order closes, freezes at the title screen, or will not download, first confirm that your phone is eligible for the Network Test and that the test is actually open. The current requirements are iOS 16 or later with at least 4 GB of RAM on an iPhone XS or newer, or Android 16 or later with at least 6 GB of RAM. iPad and Android tablets are excluded. Then use the platform’s restart and update sequence, check your TestFlight or Google Play account, and reinstall only after protecting account or transfer information.
A supported phone can still fail to launch because the test is provisional, maintenance is in progress, the invitation is tied to another account, or the installation has become unusable. Work through the checks in order so you do not erase local data while the actual problem is simply that the test window is closed.
Check the likely cause before changing the app
A crash has a different fix from an invitation problem or a test that is offline. Use this quick triage before deleting anything:

Bandai Namco cautions that its listed Network Test specifications do not guarantee that the test will run. Device specifications and background apps can affect operation even when a phone meets the published gate. In other words, “compatible” means the handset can attempt the test; it is not a promise of flawless loading or stable play.

Keep track of the exact stopping point. “It crashes” is less useful than “it closes immediately after tapping the icon,” “it freezes on the title screen,” or “the download reaches a particular step and then fails.” That distinction tells you whether to investigate access, availability, the app installation, or the phone itself.
Confirm Network Test eligibility

On iPhone, check the model in Settings > General > About and the operating-system version in Settings > General > Software Update. The English test page specifically names iPhone XS and newer, so an older iPhone does not become eligible merely because it can install a recent iOS release. RAM is a hardware specification; an update cannot add the missing memory.
On Android, verify the Android version in the phone’s About section and consult the manufacturer’s specifications for RAM. Menus differ by manufacturer, and some phones show available memory rather than the installed amount. If you cannot establish that the handset has the required 6 GB, give the exact model to support instead of guessing.

These are requirements for a provisional test build, not final-service specifications. A supported operating system does not override the model, RAM, tablet, or distribution restrictions. If your device falls outside the table, troubleshooting cannot make the test eligible. Do not use an iPad or Android tablet as a substitute for a qualifying phone; the current test excludes both categories.
Make sure the test is available
The English official notice lists registration from October 15 through October 26, 2026 (JST), with the Network Test scheduled for November 18 through November 24, 2026 (JST). Both ranges are marked subject to change. The notice also warns that maintenance is planned and that play may be unsmooth during testing.
A failure during maintenance, before the test opens, or after it closes can look exactly like a loading defect. Check the latest Bandai Namco notice for your region and language before changing the phone. Confirm the date and time in Japan Standard Time when comparing the published window with your local clock. If the test is outside its active dates, repeated reinstalls will not restore access.
Official pages currently disagree on participant capacity—the English page says 500 and the Japanese page says 2,500—so neither figure should be treated as settled; follow the newest notice that applies to you. Capacity information is separate from the handset requirements, so a qualifying phone can still fail to obtain access if the applicable test sign-up is closed or the account was not selected.

Maintenance notices and test dates can change. Save the page or notice that applies when you report a failure and include the date and time you tried. That lets support distinguish a server-side window from a problem that occurs repeatedly on your device.
Fix Gundam Blitz Order on an iPhone
1. Reopen the app cleanly
- Open the app switcher and swipe Gundam Blitz Order away to force-close it.
- Open it again and see whether it passes the point where it previously stopped.
- If it still closes or hangs, continue to the next step rather than repeatedly tapping the icon.
This is Apple’s first-line action for an app that will not open or responds incorrectly. Reopening once after force-closing gives you a clean comparison with the original failure. If it fails in exactly the same place, note that location for the later support report.

2. Restart the iPhone
Restart the phone, wait for iOS to finish loading, and try the game once. A restart clears a temporary process or memory condition without removing the test installation. Do not judge the result while other startup tasks are still running; wait until the normal home screen is responsive, then launch the game.
3. Install both available updates
- Open the App Store, select your account picture, and install any available Gundam Blitz Order update.
- Open Settings > General > Software Update and install an available iOS update.
- Restart the phone once more, then launch the game.
Install the game update first if one is shown, because a test build can stop working when its required version changes. If iOS reports that an update is pending, finish that update before testing the game again. Record the app and iOS versions after updating; support will need the versions that actually produced the failure, not the versions from an earlier attempt.
4. Verify TestFlight access
Network Test access on iPhone uses Apple’s TestFlight. Install TestFlight and look for the invitation sent to the Apple account used when registering. Signing in with a different Apple account will not provide that invitation. Bandai Namco says the invitation email cannot be resent, so check the original account and its mail folders rather than waiting for a second message.
If the listing is missing, first confirm the Apple account currently signed into TestFlight, then compare it with the account used on the registration form. This is an access mismatch, not an app crash, and reinstalling a different copy cannot correct it. Keep the invitation private; support only needs the relevant account and device details through its official inquiry form.
5. Reinstall only after securing data
If force-closing, restarting, and updating do not help, delete the app and download it again from the same test invitation. Apple warns that deleting an app can remove data stored only inside it. Before doing so, record any available account ID, transfer code, or other recovery information and make sure you know how the game account is linked. A reinstall is a later diagnostic step, not the first response to a maintenance outage.
After reinstalling, use the same Apple account and invitation. If the fresh install still closes at the same point, stop repeating the cycle. Note whether the first launch, an in-app download, or the title screen is where it fails, then send that reproducible sequence to Bandai Namco.

1. Restart the phone
Google Play Help starts with a restart for apps that crash, will not open, or stop responding. After the phone boots, launch the game once and note whether the failure moved or disappeared. A restart is deliberately low risk: it does not remove the test or alter the Google Play account.
2. Update Android and the app
- Open the phone’s system settings and check for an Android system update.
- Open Google Play, go to your account’s app-update area, and install any Gundam Blitz Order update.
- Reopen the game after each change so you can identify which step affected the result.
Google recommends restarting after each troubleshooting step. If other apps work normally while this one alone fails, Google directs you to the game developer rather than treating it as a general Android fault. If several apps are failing, mention that broader pattern in your report instead of presenting it as an isolated game defect.
Do not infer eligibility from the fact that Google Play can display a listing. The test still requires Android 16.0 or later and at least 6 GB of RAM, and tablet devices are excluded.

3. Confirm the Google Play account
The Network Test download is tied to the Google Play account used to apply. If the phone is signed into another account, the test app may not appear or may refuse to download. Switch to the registering account, then check the test listing again. Do not create a second application just to work around an account mismatch.
If a family member’s or work account is active in Google Play, changing accounts can make the listing appear different even though the phone itself has not changed. Verify the account before attempting another download and tell support which account was used to apply, without sending passwords.
4. Reinstall as a final local step
After restarting and updating, reinstall the test build if it remains damaged. Before removing it, protect any account or transfer information that the game provides. Download it again while signed into the same registering Google Play account. If the replacement install fails at the same point, record the error and escalate instead of repeating the download indefinitely.
A reinstall cannot fix a closed test period, scheduled maintenance, an ineligible tablet, or a different Google Play account. Use it only after those causes have been checked and only when you can recover the game account.
Separate a phone problem from a test-build problem
Use the scope of the failure as evidence:
- Only Gundam Blitz Order fails: concentrate on test timing, account access, the installation, and developer support.
- Many apps fail or the phone restarts: investigate the phone’s operating system and hardware state; reinstalling one game is unlikely to solve it.
- The game fails only during a known maintenance period: wait for the announced window to end and check the official notice for changes.
- The game fails immediately after an update: verify that the update completed, restart, and capture the exact version and error for support.
Background apps and device specifications can affect the test even on an otherwise eligible phone. Close demanding apps before trying again, but do not interpret that as a guarantee of a fix. The publisher specifically warns that operation can depend on device specifications and background apps, so include unusual multitasking or a repeatable workload in your report when relevant.

What to include in a support request
If the platform steps do not resolve the failure, use Bandai Namco’s platform-specific inquiry route: choose the App Store route for iPhone or the Google Play route for Android. A reproducible report is more useful than “it does not work.” Include:
- Phone manufacturer and exact model.
- Operating-system version.
- RAM amount, if the phone reports it.
- Gundam Blitz Order app version.
- The exact error text or code, including a screenshot when possible.
- Whether the app closes immediately, freezes at the title screen, fails during a download, or stops after another specific action.
- Network type in use (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and whether another network produced the same result.
- The last successful step and the time and date of the failure, including your time zone.
- Whether the issue affects only Gundam Blitz Order or other apps too.
- For iPhone, whether TestFlight is installed and whether the invitation belongs to the Apple account currently in use.
- For Android, whether Google Play is signed into the account used to apply.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or a TestFlight invitation to anyone outside the official support form. Keep the original account and transfer details private while describing the problem. If you reinstalled, say when you did it and whether the same error returned on the first launch.
Choose the correct platform route even if the symptom is identical on both systems. Include one short sequence that another person could repeat: for example, “open app, title screen appears, download begins, app closes.” This is more actionable than a list of unrelated guesses.

What the current test information does—and does not—promise
The published requirements identify devices that can attempt the Network Test; they do not promise stable gameplay on every qualifying phone. The test is provisional, its dates and requirements may change, and maintenance can temporarily prevent access. A qualifying model that still crashes should therefore be reported with complete device and version details rather than assumed to be permanently unsupported.
The practical order is eligibility, availability, account access, platform restart and update steps, then a data-safe reinstall. This order protects a test account while covering the causes that the publisher, Apple, and Google identify.

Why can’t I download the Gundam Blitz Order test?

The publisher says the invitation email cannot be resent. Check the original Apple account and its mail folders, and make sure TestFlight is signed into that same account. If the invitation is absent, include that access problem in an official support request.

Should I reinstall immediately?
No. Reinstalling is a later step after checking the test window, eligibility, account, force-close or restart, and updates. Deleting the app can remove locally stored data, so secure any account ID, transfer code, or recovery information first. If a reinstall produces the same failure, stop repeating it and send the exact sequence to support.
What details will support need?
Provide the exact phone model, OS version, RAM when known, app version, error text or screenshot, where loading stops, network type, date and time with time zone, and whether other apps fail. Also state whether the iPhone uses the invited TestFlight account or Android uses the Google Play account that applied.
