The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL were announced and opened for preorder on August 20, 2025; Google said they would reach its store and retail partners on August 28. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold arrived later, with Google’s US Google Store availability table listing it for October 2025.
When did the Pixel 10 come out?
Google announced the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL on August 20, 2025, and opened preorders that day. The company’s launch announcement named August 28, 2025, as the date the three phones would be on shelves at the Google Store and retail partners. Google’s announcement is the primary source for those dates.
Google’s US Google Store availability table records all three models in August 2025. That month-level listing is specific to purchase on the US Google Store; it does not guarantee identical stock or timing at every retailer or in every country.
What happened to the August 13 leak?
An early June 2025 report pointed to an August 13 announcement and expected August 20 shipments. The report later updated its dates: the announcement was corrected to August 20 and shipping to August 28. A separate contemporaneous account also records the initial August 13 claim and its revision. Android Authority’s report and 9to5Google’s coverage document the leak chronology; Google’s later announcement confirmed the August 20 and August 28 dates. August 13 was a superseded rumor, not the official launch date.

When was the Pixel 10 Pro Fold available?
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold had a later schedule than the three phones announced with it. Google’s US Google Store availability table lists the Fold for October 2025, rather than August. The table gives a month, not a specific day.
