To pursue Ywach, also called Yehowach or Yuhabaha, speak with the Time Goddess in the lobby, open the Rift Shop, buy and use a Temporal Rift, select Rift The Almighty Act 3, then clear Kuinshi Palace The True King on Nightmare. A completed run can award the unit. If a global Rift is already active, wait for it to close before opening the manual route.
What you need before opening Ywach’s Rift
Rift mode has a documented minimum level of 30. You also need enough Rift Shards for the Temporal Rift sold by the lobby shop. The exact-title guide lists that item at 1,000 Rift Shards. Keep the currency available before starting because consuming the item is only useful when you can enter and finish the selected Rift.
- Player level: 30 or higher for Rift mode.
- Currency: 1,000 Rift Shards for the Temporal Rift price reported by the guide.
- Location: the Time Goddess NPC in the lobby.
- Combat readiness: a team capable of clearing Kuinshi Palace The True King on Nightmare.
- Timing: no conflicting global Rift should be active when you attempt to summon the manual Rift.
The cost and unlock behavior come from community guides and wiki pages rather than a developer patch note. Patches can alter prices, requirements, or labels, so check the current shop and lobby UI immediately before spending shards.
Six-step Ywach Rift Portal route
- Find the Time Goddess. From the main lobby, locate the Time Goddess NPC and open her Rift Shop.
- Buy a Temporal Rift. Select the Temporal Rift item. The cited guide lists a cost of 1,000 Rift Shards; the live shop is the final authority if the displayed amount differs.
- Use the item from your inventory. Do not leave it unused after purchase. Open your inventory, select Temporal Rift, and activate it.
- Choose “Rift The Almighty Act 3.” This is the manual selection associated with Ywach’s Rift route. Confirm the selection only when you are ready to run it.
- Resolve an active-Rift conflict. If the lobby reports another global Rift in progress, wait until that event ends. The manual route may not open while the other Rift is active.
- Enter the correct stage and difficulty. Choose Kuinshi Palace The True King on Nightmare, finish the entire run, and collect the result. Ywach is a chance reward alongside the normal Rift rewards.
Starting the mission is not enough: the reward check occurs after a completed run. A failed or abandoned attempt does not provide the completion opportunity described by the guide.

How the Rift timer and cooldown affect the route
Rifts can appear naturally in the lobby or be summoned with a Temporal Rift. The two access methods share a cooldown until one Rift completion occurs during the interval. In practice, this means opening a manual Rift does not create an entirely separate timer from the normal event system.
Community snippets disagree about the natural-spawn schedule. One FAQ describes appearances every three hours, while another Rifts page shows an hourly timer. Neither timing should be treated as a universal rule. Read the live lobby timer and the current Rift Shop before deciding whether to wait or spend shards.

Do not activate a Temporal Rift merely because one is available. First check that no global Rift is active, verify the selected Act 3 entry, and make sure your party can clear Nightmare. This avoids spending the item during a blocked or poorly timed window.

Ywach’s drop chance and the Vowstone pity option
The Anime Vanguards Wiki’s 2026 crawl reports a 2% chance for Yehowach from a completed Rift. The mechanics page also describes a Vowstone sold in the Rift Shop. Using a Vowstone guarantees the unit on the next Rift you win, changing the attempt from a random drop check to a guaranteed reward after a successful clear.
The available material does not establish one reliable Vowstone price. Check the current shop rather than relying on an older screenshot or guide. The guarantee applies to the next Rift you win, so a failed run does not satisfy the condition; plan the purchase around a team that can reliably finish Nightmare.

MVP status can double Rift Shard rewards when at least three players participate. It does not increase the chance of a Rift Secret unit, so an MVP bonus should not be treated as a Ywach drop-rate increase.

Rotation, names, and how to identify the correct target
The target can appear under several spellings. The requested name is Ywach; community discussions and reward interfaces also use Yehowach and Yuhabaha. Search all three spellings when checking a current wiki, lobby notice, or player discussion. They refer to the same target in the cited community material.
The documented Rift cycle is:
- Almighty / Yehowach
- Rider / Astolfo
- Turbo / GG
- Pink / Warlord (of the Sea)
- Then the cycle restarts
Rifts rotate weekly, and the shop restocks with the rotation. Because event labels and timing can change in patches, confirm that the live event is the Almighty/Yehowach entry before committing a Temporal Rift. A stage with a similar name is not sufficient; the manual selection should explicitly read Rift The Almighty Act 3.
Clearing Kuinshi Palace The True King on Nightmare
Build for completion, not only damage
The reward is tied to winning the selected Rift, so a high-damage opening that collapses late is less useful than a stable Nightmare clear. Bring units and a placement plan that can handle the full run, including the final enemies. Coordinate upgrades before starting if you are using a Vowstone, because the guarantee is wasted when the team cannot finish.

Use a party when your clear is uncertain
Rift runs can be completed with other players. A group can improve clear reliability, and three or more participants can allow an MVP to double Rift Shard rewards when the MVP condition is met. That reward bonus affects shard income only; it does not alter the Secret-unit chance.
Confirm the difficulty before launching
Enter Kuinshi Palace The True King with the difficulty set to Nightmare. The guide’s route is not the same as entering a lower difficulty or a similarly named palace stage. Check the lobby or stage header before pressing start.
Finish the complete run
Stay until the victory and reward screens appear. Leaving early, disconnecting, or failing the stage does not count as a won Rift for the drop or Vowstone guarantee.

What to do if the portal option is missing
- You are below level 30: continue normal progression until Rift mode is available.
- The Temporal Rift is not in the shop: wait for the shop’s current rotation or restock and verify that you are speaking to the Time Goddess, not another lobby NPC.
- You cannot activate the item: look for an active global Rift and read the lobby timer. The shared cooldown can also prevent immediate activation until a completion occurs.
- The Almighty Act 3 entry is absent: the current rotation may be on another target, or a patch may have changed the label. Do not substitute a different Act or assume the names are interchangeable.
- The stage will not launch on Nightmare: reselect Kuinshi Palace The True King and verify the difficulty after matchmaking or party changes.
- You received no Ywach: a normal completed Rift is only a reported 2% chance. Confirm that the run was won and that the target rotation was active; a Vowstone is the separate guarantee option.
Ywach evolution requirements and post-drop planning
Obtaining the unit is only the first milestone if you intend to evolve it. The unit page lists these materials and conditions:

The Almighty form is classified as a Secret/Cosmic unit. Its listed effects include immunity to status effects, a 5% damage increase for every status effect avoided up to a 30% cap, and an additional attack against the last enemy in range when the first and last enemies differ. At Upgrade 11, it gains the Ashfallen active ability. These effects make the evolution materials relevant to long-term planning rather than only collection.
A practical spending checklist
- Reach level 30 or higher.
- Save at least the currently listed 1,000 Rift Shards for a Temporal Rift.
- Inspect the Time Goddess’s live shop, including any Vowstone listing and its current price.
- Read the lobby timer and wait out any active global Rift.
- Confirm that the rotation contains Almighty/Yehowach and that the item menu offers Rift The Almighty Act 3.
- Assemble a party or loadout that can clear Kuinshi Palace The True King on Nightmare.
- Activate the Temporal Rift, complete the run, and remain through the reward screen.
- If you obtained the unit, begin saving the listed essence, gold, and takedown requirements for evolution.
Use the live game as the final reference for prices, timers, labels, and rotation. The guide and wiki figures establish the route and reported drop behavior, but community pages can lag behind a patch.
