GCCL Construction & Realities Limited held its 32nd annual general meeting on 30 September 2026 in Ahmedabad. StockWatch reported that shareholders approved the resolutions; the available meeting proceedings list the business but do not include vote totals.

Which director resolutions were put to shareholders?

The AGM proceedings list four resolutions concerning directors. They distinguish a rotation-based reappointment from a five-year whole-time-director term, continuation after age 75, and regularisation of an additional independent director.

The meeting began at 11:30 a.m. IST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, at the company’s registered office in Ahmedabad. The proceedings say shareholders could vote remotely by e-voting or use polling papers at the meeting. GCCL’s AGM proceedings record the meeting details and resolutions.

StockWatch reported that shareholders approved the resolutions. That is the reported outcome; the proceedings document available here does not include a final scrutinizer’s report or resolution-by-resolution voting figures. StockWatch’s report is a secondary account, not a substitute for the company’s voting-results filing.

How did the board’s earlier decisions differ from the shareholder vote?

At its 4 September 2026 meeting, the board approved Devang Jhaveri’s proposed five-year reappointment and Bahubali Shah’s continuation, both subject to shareholder approval. It also approved Priyank Jhaveri’s appointment as an additional non-executive independent director. Those were board actions made before the AGM; they do not, on their own, establish how shareholders voted. The company’s board-meeting outcome records those decisions.

Are the voting totals available?

Not in the AGM proceedings described above. They identify the resolutions and voting methods but provide no vote counts. For the exact number of votes for, against, or abstaining on each resolution, readers need the company’s final voting-results filing or scrutinizer’s report. Until those figures are available, the approval outcome should be attributed to StockWatch rather than presented as a result verified by the proceedings or quantified with invented tallies.
