The appeal is not just a sequence of action scenes. A 2017 PlayStation Blog preview describes a broad area with multiple routes, traversal challenges, environmental puzzles, secrets, shootouts, and optional ways to approach encounters, alongside more linear sections. That preview’s comparison of the story’s length with other games was development-era context, not a current playtime measurement.
Chloe and Nadine bring different strengths
PlayStation characterizes Chloe as an improvisational treasure hunter and Nadine as a calculated fighter. Their partnership is part of the design, not simply a story wrapper: in a PlayStation Blog interview, creative director Shaun Escayg said, “Your partner may be upset with you, may leave you – abandon you – may go do her own thing and this is really, really exciting for us at Naughty Dog because we’re always trying to blur the line between cut-scene, in-game and gameplay.”

The closest verified follow-up: Uncharted 4
If you have not played Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, it is the clearest next step because it belongs to the same series and is bundled with The Lost Legacy in the PS5 Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. PlayStation Direct says the collection contains the remastered single-player stories of both games. It is a direct way to continue with the series’ cinematic action-adventure format, although it does not establish that another game will reproduce Chloe and Nadine’s particular partnership.
The collection is listed as a one-player PS5 game and requires 88 GB minimum storage according to PlayStation Direct. Those details apply to the collection, not to the original PS4 release of The Lost Legacy. Check the live listing for current availability and edition details.

How to choose a game with a similar kind of adventure
“Like The Lost Legacy” can mean several different things. Use the feature that mattered most to you as a filter when comparing other games; no single recommendation needs to reproduce every part of its design.
- Cinematic pacing and set pieces: Look for a directed story built around dramatic action sequences.
- Exploration and route choice: Prioritize games that let you search an area, choose approaches, or find optional secrets rather than moving only through fixed encounters.
- Traversal and puzzles: Check whether climbing, movement challenges, and environmental puzzles are substantial parts of play.
- Combat flexibility: Look for options to mix direct fights with stealth or alternate approaches.
- Character chemistry: If Chloe and Nadine’s dynamic was the main draw, favor stories where a companion or party relationship meaningfully shapes the experience.
- Platform and edition: Confirm the exact console or PC version and edition before buying; availability and features can differ by platform.
The official descriptions establish these as central features of The Lost Legacy, but do not verify that any particular game outside the series shares them. Use them as comparison criteria, not as proof that an unverified title is a match.

PlayStation lists The Lost Legacy for PS4 and PS5 and cautions that some PS4 features may not be available on PS5.
