Yes—Frog Sqwad supports cross-play. Panic Stations added it in the Frog Sqwad 2.0 update on October 28, 2026, the same day the game launched on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Friends can play together across the supported Steam PC, Xbox, PS5 and Switch 2 versions.
Cross-progression is different and remains unconfirmed. Xbox identifies the game for Xbox Series X|S and its PC version. The Xbox listing includes online co-op for two to eight players, Xbox cloud saves and Xbox Play Anywhere. Those Xbox ecosystem features should not be read as proof that a save can be imported into Steam, PS5 or Switch 2.
PlayStation 5
PS5 support arrived with Frog Sqwad 2.0 on October 28, 2026. It is part of the cross-play expansion described by Panic Stations, but the reviewed announcement does not document a separate cross-save link between a PlayStation account and the other platforms.

What cross-progression would normally cover
Cross-progression generally means that the same player profile carries campaign progress, unlocks, cosmetics or statistics from one platform to another.
