If Lady Liberty is missing in Fortnite, first sign in to the Epic Games account that bought The Purge Bundle and compare that account with the receipt email. Next, clear every Locker filter, inspect Archived items, then retry the claim by signing out, restarting Fortnite, waiting for delayed processing, checking Epic’s live status channels, and testing another device. These steps address the documented causes; Epic has not confirmed a Lady Liberty-specific bug or promised a restoration deadline.
What Lady Liberty is, and what should appear
Epic lists Lady Liberty as the outfit in The Purge Bundle. The bundle also contains the Purge Drone back bling, Liberty’s Purge Torch pickaxe, Electrified Flex emote, and Purge Counter wrap. If the purchase completed correctly, these cosmetics belong to the same entitlement and should be available through the relevant Locker categories rather than only through the Shop.

Epic’s 2026 item-shop listing shows The Purge Bundle at 2,000 V-Bucks, compared with an original price of 2,800 V-Bucks. The listing states a purchase-until time of October 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00). Shop availability, prices, and countdowns are volatile, so treat those figures as the values shown in that listing rather than a permanent price guarantee.
A shop countdown is not proof that an already purchased outfit has been deleted. Shop rotation controls whether an item can be bought; ownership and Locker visibility are separate account systems.

Identify the symptom before changing anything
The quickest fix depends on whether the entitlement was never granted, is hidden, or is present but the Locker is failing to render it. Use the symptom that best matches what you see.

Do not assume a platform-specific defect from one missing item. The official guidance does not establish a universal PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, PC, or mobile fix for Lady Liberty.
Step 1: Confirm the purchasing Epic account
Account ownership is the most important check when a player has more than one Epic account, uses console sign-in, or has changed email addresses. Epic’s missing-item guidance specifically says to confirm that you are signed in to the account where the item was purchased.

- Close Fortnite on every device where it is running.
- Open Epic account sign-in and note the email address for the account currently being used.
- Find the Epic purchase receipt or transaction email for The Purge Bundle.
- Compare the receipt’s destination email with the signed-in Epic account email.
- If they differ, sign out and use the account associated with the receipt. Do not buy the bundle again while ownership is still unclear.
- Launch Fortnite on that account and allow the Locker to finish loading before checking the outfit category.
Console profiles can make this confusing because a platform login and an Epic account are not interchangeable labels. The relevant ownership record is the Epic account that received the transaction. If family members or multiple profiles use the same device, check each Epic account rather than relying on the console user name.

Step 2: Remove Locker filters that hide Lady Liberty
A valid outfit can disappear from the visible grid when a rarity, season, character, set, favorited-only, or other filter remains active. Clear the controls instead of trying to search by memory.
- Open Fortnite’s Locker.
- Select the Outfit item type. Lady Liberty is an outfit, not a back bling, pickaxe, emote, or wrap.
- Open Sort and Filter.
- Clear every active filter and remove any sort restriction that limits the displayed results.
- Apply the cleared settings, then scroll through the complete outfit collection.
If you use a search field, remove its text as well. A partial name, set name, or old rarity selection can make the item look absent even though the account owns it. Repeat the same check for the four companion cosmetics in their own item categories if the entire bundle appears to be missing.
Step 3: Check Archived items
Epic says previously hidden items appear in Archived. Archiving changes visibility; it does not revoke ownership.
- Remain in the Locker’s outfit section.
- Open Sort and Filter.
- Choose the Archived filter.
- Review the results for Lady Liberty.
- If the outfit is there, select it and use the available unarchive or restore-visibility control.
- Return to the normal outfit view and clear the Archived filter before checking again.
If Lady Liberty is not in Archived and does not appear after all filters are cleared, continue with the claim-processing checks. Do not infer that the entitlement is permanently lost from a single empty grid.

Step 4: Retry a failed claim safely
Epic’s claim-error workflow includes relogging, restarting Fortnite, waiting for delayed processing, checking service status, and trying another device. Perform the sequence in that order so you can distinguish a local session problem from a server-side delay.
- Sign out and back in. Exit Fortnite, sign out of the Epic account, then sign back in to the account verified in Step 1.
- Restart Fortnite. Fully close the game rather than leaving it suspended or running in the background, then launch it again.
- Wait several minutes. Epic notes that reward processing can sometimes be delayed. Keep the account unchanged during this interval; do not repurchase the bundle.
- Check live service information. Review Epic’s Public Status page, the @FortniteStatus account, the Fortnite known-issues communities page, and Fortnite News for an active incident or maintenance notice.
- Test another device. Sign in to the same Epic account on another supported device, then check the Locker. This test can show whether the problem is limited to one game installation or session.
A second device is a diagnostic step, not a transfer procedure. The cosmetic should remain tied to the same Epic account; changing devices does not create a second entitlement.
Step 5: Separate a missing item from a broken Locker
Infinite loading circle
Epic has published an investigation notice for players who see an infinite loading circle in the Locker. When the Locker never finishes loading, the absence of Lady Liberty is not reliable evidence that the outfit is missing. Record the behavior, check the official incident channels, and retry after the service notice changes rather than repeatedly purchasing or unlinking accounts.

Item names or descriptions do not display
Epic has also listed a separate issue in which item names or descriptions may not appear. If cosmetic tiles load but text is blank, inspect the tile and category instead of concluding that the entitlement was removed. This display problem can affect more than Lady Liberty.

Only one cosmetic category fails
If outfits load but wraps or emotes do not, or if every category fails, note the scope. A category-wide failure points toward a Locker or service incident; one absent outfit after filters are cleared points more strongly toward account ownership, delayed processing, or support-required entitlement review.
How to read the purchase and ownership evidence
Keep the receipt email, transaction identifier, and the account email together. A Shop listing showing Lady Liberty does not prove that your account owns it, and a visible purchase confirmation does not prove that the Locker has finished processing the grant.
- Receipt matches the signed-in Epic account, but the bundle is not visible: complete the relog, restart, wait, status, and second-device sequence.
- Receipt belongs to another Epic account: switch to that account and check its Locker; avoid duplicate purchases.
- Receipt is unavailable: gather the approximate purchase time, platform, payment confirmation, and any in-game confirmation before contacting support.
- Only Lady Liberty is absent while companion items are present: report the specific outfit as missing and include the visible companion cosmetics as context.
- The whole bundle is absent: report the bundle transaction and list all five expected cosmetics.
Use the exact symptom you observed. “Skin missing” is less useful to support than “The Purge Bundle receipt is on this Epic account; Purge Drone, Liberty’s Purge Torch, Electrified Flex, and Purge Counter are visible, but Lady Liberty is absent after filters were cleared and Archived was checked.”

Contact Epic Player Support after account verification, filter clearing, Archived inspection, and the retry sequence have failed. The official material does not promise a restoration deadline, so support may need to investigate the transaction and account record rather than apply an immediate fix.

Include the following in one request:
- Epic account ID and the email on the purchasing account.
- Receipt, transaction confirmation, or other purchase evidence.
- The platform on which the purchase was made and the platform where the Locker was checked.
- Approximate purchase date and time, including the time zone if known.
- Whether Lady Liberty alone is missing or whether all five bundle cosmetics are absent.
- Whether filters were cleared and Archived was inspected.
- Whether signing out, restarting, waiting, checking status channels, and another-device testing changed anything.
- Screenshots of the receipt, the relevant Locker view, and any error message or loading behavior.
Remove payment-card numbers, passwords, security codes, and unrelated personal information from screenshots. Support needs proof of the transaction and account context, not sensitive payment credentials.
Common mistakes that make the problem harder
- Buying the bundle a second time: a duplicate purchase can complicate the account record and does not repair a hidden or delayed entitlement.
- Checking the Shop instead of the Locker: the Shop confirms current availability, not ownership on your account.
- Searching only the default outfit grid: active filters and Archived status can hide a valid item.
- Switching Epic accounts repeatedly: record which account owns the receipt before changing sessions.
- Unlinking a console account as a first remedy: account-link changes can create additional access problems and are not part of Epic’s documented missing-item workflow.
- Deleting local game data immediately: the documented first steps are account and service checks, not destructive local resets.
- Assuming every delay is a bug: Epic says reward processing can be delayed, while the reviewed official sources do not confirm a Lady Liberty-specific synchronization defect.
A practical decision path
- Does the receipt email match the signed-in Epic account? If no, use the purchasing account. If yes, continue.
- Is Lady Liberty visible after clearing all filters? If yes, equip it. If no, continue.
- Is it in Archived? If yes, unarchive it. If no, continue.
- Did relogging, a full restart, a short processing wait, status checks, or another device restore visibility? If yes, the issue was session, display, or delayed processing. If no, continue.
- Is the Locker itself loading indefinitely or missing names and descriptions? If yes, monitor the corresponding Epic incident notice and include the behavior in a support request.
- Is there still no entitlement evidence in the Locker? Send Epic Player Support the account, receipt, platform, timing, screenshots, and exact symptom.
What is confirmed—and what is not
Confirmed by Epic’s published material: Lady Liberty is the outfit in The Purge Bundle; the bundle includes four named companion cosmetics; the listed price is 2,000 V-Bucks against an original 2,800 V-Bucks; the listing states purchase until October 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00); and Epic’s missing-item and claim-error workflows begin with account verification, receipt checking, filter clearing, Archived inspection, relogging, restarting, waiting, status checks, and another-device testing.
Not established by the reviewed official sources: a Lady Liberty-specific synchronization bug, a fix that works universally on one platform, or a guaranteed time by which Epic will restore a missing entitlement. Treat reports of those claims as unverified unless Epic publishes a matching notice.
