Taito lists a standard two-type set and a separate three-type Taito-exclusive assortment. The designs reportedly feature a Solution Nine Regulator and Arcadion bosses, but worldwide sales of these new versions have not been confirmed.
What are the new FFXIV mouse and mouse-pad prizes?
Taito’s official listing names the standard prize FINAL FANTASY XIV Light-Up Mouse & Mouse Pad Set vol. 5. It lists two types and an approximate size of 23 cm. Taito also lists a separate vol. 5 Taito Exclusive Assortment, with three types and the same approximate size. Both are planned for late October 2026, and Taito cautions that appearance dates may vary by location. Taito’s standard listing and Taito’s exclusive listing provide the official assortment details.
The official text listings confirm the prize names, type counts, size, and planned timing. They do not name the individual character designs or describe the mouse’s lighting; those details come from Siliconera’s October 1, 2026 report.
Which characters and bosses are featured?
Standard assortment
Siliconera reports one wired mouse design featuring the Solution Nine Regulator. Its light changes between red and blue to indicate inactive and active states. The report describes one standard mouse-pad design pairing AAC Light-heavyweight M1 boss Black Cat with AAC Light-heavyweight M4 boss Wicked Thunder, and another featuring AAC Cruiserweight M1 boss Dancing Green.

Taito-exclusive assortment
The reported exclusive mouse-pad design features the AAC Heavyweight M2 pair Red Hot and Deep Blue. Siliconera’s account supplies these design names; Taito’s text-only listings confirm the assortments but do not identify the bosses.
The names connect the prizes to Dawntrail’s setting and raid content. The official Patch 7.0 notes identify Solution Nine as a new city and describe the Arcadion as a raid planned for Patch 7.01, with its Savage version planned for Patch 7.05. The Patch 7.01 notes say that patch introduces the Arcadion raid series.
